The location is ideal for quickly and easily reaching Calabria’s most beautiful destinations (Tropea, Pizzo, Parghelia, Zambrone, Capo Vaticano, Ricadi).
The Briatico waterfront is a 200-meter walk from the apartment, the train station is 700 metres away, and the beautiful Rocchetta Beach is a 10-minute walk away.The apartment is located near the centre of Briatico, just a short walk from the main square.

It features two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out single bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The living room, which is spacious and bright, features a comfortable sofa, a 43-inch HD smart TV, a TV stand, a dining table with six chairs, and a sideboard.
The kitchen, recently renovated and located in a separate room, is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, an oven, a baking sheet, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a washing machine.
The bathroom features a convenient shower stall and all necessary fixtures.
There is also a comfortable, spacious terrace with a dining table, chairs, and a clothesline.
The apartment is equipped with 2 portable fans year-round.
From JULY 1 to AUGUST 31, the central air conditioning is available.
Upon request and for a small additional fee, the air conditioning can also be turned on at other times of the year.
Finally, the apartment includes a free parking space in the building’s courtyard, ensuring convenience and easy parking.
From the apartment, you can reach the beaches of Briatico in a 15-minute walk along the town’s waterfront promenade, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Sant’Eufemia and the Stromboli volcano. In any case, all of the town’s beaches are also accessible by car in about 3–4 minutes.
For those who prefer to travel by train, the Briatico Station is just an 8-minute walk from the apartment, with connections to and from the main stations of Lamezia Terme Centrale and Vibo-Pizzo. The station also connects to the entire Costa degli Dei, allowing you to reach various beach resorts in just a few minutes: Zambrone, home to the stunning Paradiso del Sub; Parghelia, where the famous Michelino Beach is located; Tropea, with the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell’Isola; Vibo Marina; Pizzo Calabro; Ricadi; Capo Vaticano; and the beautiful town of Grotticelle.
