"What a beautiful find on our way up to the Alps! Hidden in a picturesque garrison village, this little hotel was the perfect place to rest after a long drive across France. The hosts were as friendly and charming as could be. Dinner was amazing, they even offered to keep some food for us if we arrived later than we had planned. "We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. Luckily the hotel could provide a room for the three of us but the mistake by hotels.com/could have ruined the most important part of our holiday."
