"We arrived very late at night. The person working the front desk seemed less than thrilled to have to check us in and was not very welcoming. The fridge in the room was not turned on, and we had to prop it up with folded-up toilet paper just so it would sit level. We were in a handicap accessible room, which is totally fine; however, when we tried to shower, the water from the shower ran all over the floor of the bathroom to the point of almost running out into the rest of the hotel room. There was a drain in the floor, but the water wasn't even going near the drain. We were worried about being blamed for damage to the room if we continued to let it run, so we had to forgo the shower. When we dropped our keys off, we talked to the "Manager" about it to just let them know, and she was even less thrilled about the conversation than the girl who checked us in - her response about the shower was "Well, there is a drain in the floor, so you absolutely can let the water run out of the shower" - when we told her the water wasnt even going near the drain she kind of rolled her eyes and said she would let maintenence know about it. We felt like such a burden on the staff that when we realized our 3-year-old had left his blanket in the room, we felt like we had no choice but to just leave it there. "

"So dirty! No comforter on bed, only fitted sheet, and fleece blanket between to flat sheets. Dirty walls, floors, toilet, pubes in shower, hair and eye lashes everywhere. Hole in the wall where door knob pushed through. No hair dryer or tiny shampoo/conditioner. No shelves in fridge door. 3 out of 4 lamps worked. Only stayed one night. Cost $117."

"If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, this does the trick. The breakfast is very minimal- cereal, muffins, toast, and waffles (tasted like the batter had gone bad on day 2 of our stay). No real amenities so if you’re looking for relaxing down time at a hotel, such as pool, gym, nice lobby, this is NOT it. At one point we asked the front desk for an extra blanket to which they replied they did not have any… that was frustrating and we ended up buying one from a nearby store. We stayed for 4 days and thought the money savings would be worth it, next time we will just pay the extra costs for a nicer hotel with a better breakfast, bigger rooms, and basic services like blankets."

"The Hilton Vacation Club Brian Head location is an amazingly well maintained facility. I was impressed everywhere I looked, at how clean and well cared for the buildings are. But there are two items of caution. First, there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms or hallways. It is first and foremost a ski lodge, that makes a go at it to make money during the off season. The rooms do have ceiling fans and floor fans, but be forewarned for any warm weather stays. The fans only do so much when the room temperature is 79°f. Even when outdoor daytime temperatures are in the pleasant '70's, the rooms can be uncomfortable. Second, this is a 100% No Pets Allowed facility. While so many other hotel chains have adopted more pet friendly policies in recent years, this facility has not. If you have dog or cat allergies, this may be the hotel for you. But if you are a dog lover and are planning a visit to the Brian Head area, consider the lodge named after the resort, just a couple hundred yards up the road. Oh, the lodge up the road also has air conditioning. And their restaurant serves great meals for half the price of the restaurant in the Hilton. Keep that in mind regardless of which place you stay at in Brian Head. I would highly recommend the Hilton Vacation Club at Brian Head if you are staying in cool weather and not traveling with pets."

"Was advertised in Hotels.com as a 9.4 hotel. Excellent? Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. It was advertised as " top rated ".Did not agree with their rating. The manager said it was a new concept for HILTON. Bagel breakfast bar. No hot food or waffles available. I personally reserved this hotel on line since it was advertised as a Hilton hotel. Not even close to a Hilton property. Would not stay at this hotel again!"

"I am a senior traveling with my service dog. I was given a ground floor room and until about 2:30 AM the room above me was doing renovations. I even at 12:30 went outside to see the window open and lights on and a ladder. as far as I could tell my car was the only one in front of that wing of the hotel. When I told this to the desk in the morning they acted like they didn't have a clue. I got maybe 2 hours sleep in a crappy room dirty tub and lots of noise. will never stay at a quality Inn again."
