We love staying at Giant Steps due to location of slopes, ease of parking, and getting everything up to condo in bad weather! This condo was perfect! Neat, clean, and very homey. Everything was just as described. The only negative was very spotty WiFi but not that big of a deal since we were on vacation and WiFi wasn’t necessarily needed.
Go Braves! Bloopers Den - Perfect Mountain Retreat
My boys and I loved our ski vacation in Brian Head. Perfect location to ski down to the first lift of the day. Great sleeping accommodations and a well stocked kitchen! We noticed the Atlanta Braves decor right away as I am originally from Atlanta and it made us feel right at home! Will book this place again and again!
Our family of 5 had a great trip staying here! Everything from making the reservation to checking-out was simple and easy. The location can not be beat, incredibly convenient. We loved being able to ski in for lunch. Not having to drive anywhere or lug our equipment down to the shuttle was awesome, we could truly settle in and relax. We're already looking at planning another trip to come back!
We loved the bunk room. We have five kiddos so it worked out perfect. Walk/ski to great steps. Covered parking. It was just a great place and location.
My family had a fantastic time here. The condo was beautiful and in the best location. My son’s favorite part was the Xbox and my daughters’ favorite was the bunk bed room. We would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bathroom door fell off and the Wi-Fi was pretty slow. Other than that we loved it.
Condo was amazing great location. The only thing I noticed wrong was the master drain is clogged with hair. Also your front door has an open seal at the top making it a little difficult to close sometimes. But it was a nice experience and very accomodating.
Nice place. Clean. Several small things needing maintenance attention but didn't detract from our stay. An exhaust fan was broken, doors needed a little extra jimmy because the locks didn't line up. Coffee maker broken when we checked in but management company brought another right over.
Everything was great except the bathroom door hinge came off the door frame. We reported it and the property responded that they would create a work order. Nothing ever happened after that.
2nd time there, so we know what we were expecting. there were a few cobwebs and would recommend a little less clutter, had to move things off tables and dressers to put our own things. condiments were expired but was told not to throw away and the trashcan pullout was broke. with all that it was still a great location and very cozy. thank you very much to open your home for my family. we will be coming back next year. thank you

Eh, fine at best.
The best review I could give of this place is….its fine? Took over 45 minutes to enter the property. If there were clearer door code instructions it would have saved a lot of stress and heart ache on this trip. Clumps of hair on the trash bags, trash wasn’t even taken out when we arrived. Literally crumbs on the toaster tops so we inquired if the property was even cleaned before we came. It’s a fine location but you will find better views and access in other parts of Brian Head. Both TVs in the two rooms weren’t working but the one in the main room did. They offered to walk us through solving the issue but it wasn’t worth it to be on the phone again with property management. It was fine at best?! One bunk bed didn’t have a complete sheet set…everything felt like a hassle. Also, most importantly, 7 occupancy is a severe stretch. We had four and it was tight. Upper bunks don’t have rails so they are unusable, especially for young kids.
Loved the property; everything we needed was right there; access to slopes and ticketing, fire wood, nearby restaurants and grocery store, and a nice view of the snow from all rooms. Would visit again. The property owners checked in on us the am of arrival as a storm was expected to hit that evening; super easy to contact (but never needed to as everything was just right!)
