Holiday trip
well stocked with kitchen utensils, linen, and towels could have used a more thorough cleaning before arrival: moldy coffee filter; food scraps on counter behind microwave; dirty under couch and beds Television service terrible; technician came for tv service but left with dish tv connection to only 1 tv--no ESPN on dish subscription able to watch bowl games using playstation brought by us; internet not capable of handling electronics of 7 adults and 5 teenagers

Great big place to stay
Overall great place to stay. Did not have basic toiletries such as shampoo or body wash comparable to other stays but had everything else. The place takes a while to heat up since the cabin is large and heating boards are mediocre. The ride to the cabin from the main street is not feasible unless you have snow chains during winter months. My 4x4 diesel truck could not make it up after a night of snowing.

Great cabin, everything you could need, very reasonably priced. You do need 4wd to make it the last bit of the way to the cabin.

The cabin spacious and clean with lots of snow
Be prepared! We all had a blast! It snowed most of our three night stay and the snow was up to the deck. The front FWD Mazda almost didn't make up the mountain and driveway. All our other vehicles had AWD vehicles and required chains to get up into the driveway. Would recommend the cabin to anyone.

Can’t wait to go back!
We came for a snowy weekend getaway with our son and another family. The kids loved sledding just a mile down the mountain near the resort. The view from the cabin was beautiful and peaceful. Cleanliness is a big deal for me and the place was well maintained. We cooked and stayed in by the fire. The ground floor was perfect for the kids and even had a ping pong table. Be sure to have 4 wheel drive or chains/auto socks for your car in the snow. We slid down the hill and also got stuck in a snow bank but luckily had the auto socks to get us out. Take that part of the listing seriously in winter months! Also a HUGE sheet of snow/ice came off the house so don’t park underneath it. The only downside is the mattresses are very soft and not kind on an adult back but that’s just my preference. I would love to stay here once a year and make this my go to location in Brian Head. Highly recommend!

Great cabin in the trees
The cabin was clean with everything you need to stay, with plenty of room! The location is great while tucked in the trees and quiet still close to the resort. The property owner was very quick to respond! We would definately choose this cabin again!

Winter Wonderland Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this mountain retreat. It has such a nice, cozy cabin feel while being plenty spacious enough for our two family groups. Everyone had somewhere to go whether they wanted to read in quiet, game with others, or just hang out and chill as the three-floor setup allows for that flexibility. I loved the large mudroom in the basement entrance. There is plenty of room to get ready for the snow or to come back in and get rid of all the snow gear. There are enough benches to sit on and plenty of hooks for jackets and gear. We were able to stay warm and comfortable in all areas of the cabin. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked for all of our needs. Great place and location to stay and enjoy Brian Head!

Awesome Winter Vacation!
Property is wonderful! We had 3 families and the layout of the house is great because there are 3 different hang out areas. The kitchen is well stocked with pans/dishes which made it nice for cooking in. My favorite thing was to light up the small flocked Christmas tree on the main floor! What a nice touch! This property has a great location, not far from the ski slopes! Our kids also loved to sled down the road, which was very fun! The large mud room on the bottom floor was perfect for all of our boots and ski stuff. Overall, an awesome winter vacation in this home! Chris was very prompt in answering all of my questions. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! It was a vacation to remember for sure. Tips for the area: Rent from George's ski shop because it is cheaper than the resort and they are SO NICE there (Hint: rent the day before so you can get on the mountain promptly the next day!). Buy tickets online and in advance for cheaper tickets. Snowmobiling was also sooooo beautiful and FUN through Thunder Mountain. If you want an adventure, try it! It was a vacation to remember for sure! I would not hesitate one second to book this property again.
