Host was very responsive to our the the calls or questions. The unit was well stocked and clean. The hot tub and gym were great too. Our only disappointment was that, due mostly to lack of snow, was not ski in ski out. The hosts told us the shuttle was very convenient and we saw them driving around but we just took our own car.
