You will feel right at home relaxing by the fire, playing games, or watching TV in this condo’s comfortable living room with recliner, pull out sofa bed and WiFi. The private bedroom also has a queen bed, 2 fold away twin mattresses, and plenty of dresser and closet space to unpack your bags and stay a while!

The condo complex provides parking just outside the front door, onsite coin operated laundry facilities, outdoor fire ring, horse shoe pits, sauna, and a community room with games, a pool table, and ping pong.

Brian Head and the surrounding areas are full of amazing activities to soak up the outdoors year round. The resort offers chair lift service during the winter months for snow sports and during summer months for it’s growing mountain bike park, frisbee golf course, and hiking. They also offer a wide variety of other fun activities at the base of the mountain during both seasons as well as a calendar of events throughout the entire year. Local Brian Head businesses offer retail, adventure tours, rental equipment, and a few great places to grab a bite to eat!

Brian Head is also near Cedar Breaks, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Panguitch, tons of hiking and biking trails, and scenic view points.
