"This is an excellent hotel in a good location. Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Room was kept clean but the floor needed to be vacuumed more. Mattress needed to be replaced. Breakfast was top notch.

"The apartment is dated, you feel you're back in time. The bed is very firm. Doesn't deserve the 5 rating I'm giving except for....That said, the terrace is a wonderful place to relax in the evening. It more than makes up for everything else.Easy walking distance to everything. The Duomo is literally just down the street."
