The Inn at Brevard is such a unique experience, rich in history and located in the perfect location. The staff were all wonderful and we had a great weekend!

Very unusual and eclectic decor. Staff was great and breakfast was very good. The decor of the house seemed to be a mishmash of styles, but very interesting. Could probably use an update to the paint and carpet. It would be nice if they had some rooms offering king size beds.

Conveniently located. Fantastic breakfast included. Rooms are vintage in need of remodeling but the experience is enjoyable. Skip the bar…a bit pricey.

When we booked this Inn, it was under the impression that this was a historic property and our room was part of the property. In reality the room we booked was part of an Annex beside the inn that appears to have been built in the 1980s. It was was in relatively poor shape, and very cramped for two beds. I was very disappointed in the room and feel like it was a misrepresented space. However, the food was amazing. The breakfast is some of the best we've ever had at a B&B. But, honestly, I'd rather save $100 a night on the room and buy a decent breakfast.

A little dated for our taste as too overstuffed with knick-knacks. Probably appropriate to the period but we like a little more updated décor. Breakfast was good, Nice old Home seems well cared for. We stayed in an addition beside the Inn. Walking distance to nice active town with some good artist shops and Saturday farmers market.

Wonderful stay!
What a beautiful old mansion. It was fun looking at the trmendous collection of antiques. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent!! Walk into to downtown and block away. We will be back!

The staff at The Inn at Brevard were extremely friendly. The rooms and public areas were very clean. However, there is an abundance of decorative objects, pictures, etc. on almost all surfaces. The furniture consists of badly worn antique pieces. It isn't comfortable or suitable for lounging in the public areas of the inn. Our guest room was very clean. However, the mattress was sagging and the chairs were unusable. Again, they were thread-bare "antiques" and extremely uncomfortable. While breakfast was good, it consisted of waffles, grits, and bacon. Rather uninspired. The inn has potential. However, it needs to be decluttered and updated.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfasts were excellent. The house was a beautiful old house in a very convenient location. The old claw foot tub was slippery so a non slip mat for the tub would have been a good item for the hotel to provide.

Amid covid restrictions we had this enormous, art-filled inn all to ourselves and were treated like family. Delicious breakfast each morning with fresh-squeezed orange juice, Belgian waffles with homemade whipped cream and Miss Faye's famous grits-which was my personal favorite (GOOD GRACIOUS!)....even though it was just us. That is hospitality. Read the history of the inn, take the time to appreciate all of the incredible antiques and art and enjoy this historic place.

Stayed 3 days while mountain biking in the area. Very neat historic home with 2 story guest building next to it. I was in the guest building. Cozy room with door to outside, own bath, large porch with chairs. Breakfast was served at 9am in large common rooms of main house. Food was all homemade and delicious. 9am breakfast might be a little late depending on schedule. It’s a 2 block walk to downtown with lots of shopping and restaurants. Great coffee shop/breakfast cafe nearby if you need an early start.

Lovely Experience
We had such a good stay at this historic Inn. The grounds were gorgeous and the service was amazing. Lucas was so helpful and sweet. He even did a wellness check on us because we arrived so late. Very thoughtful. The Inn also boasts a delicious breakfast and a very nice collection of antiques and art. Thank you for the experience!

Disappointing : Arrived at 3PM on Thursday. No One to greet us. An envelope on the door. Room had an airconditioner but it had not been turned on prior to arrival. Room about 90 degrees . Breakfast was a to go meal because of the virus. Nothing special and no choices. Bar was not open on Thursday. No tea time or snacks.

1.-my back hurt all day because the sleep was poor - the mattress had several dips in it / 2. - we could not get a show on due to the lack of reach to this room ( my son had been away at camp and from any tv for a week and was wanting to watch a movie ) *we did get help but was long and frustratingly continued / 3.- we were also told at check in we could sit in breakfast room - then later told we could not because others were already booked for it *although we were first to check in /4.-- woke up and had water dropping on my head and legs in bathroom because the plumbing upstairs was leaking / 5.- breakfast was horrible and the orange juice was so thick it looked like syrup- this was the breakfast for my son before his next week at camp ( ruined) /6.- noise upstairs from others is very loud just incase you wanted peace /7- nothing done even though they were aware of the problems

Overcoming adversity
Despite not being informed by hotels.com that The Inn at Brevard has a 2 night minimum for weekend stays at this time of year, the Innkeeper very graciously honored our 1 night only request. For future reference, we will book our stays at The Inn at Brevard directly with the Inn. It is an exceptionally nice place to stay, very conveniently located to downtown Brevard.

I was surprised at the price for such and old and musty Inn. Yet we choose it for it was convient to downtown Bervard and the music festival. Has a great old front porch to sit back and ponder nght traffic while sipping on some wine.

Interestingly eclectic
We had an enjoyable stay. The Inn is eclectic and interesting. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfasts were amazing!! Plenty of delicious food served on the glassed in porch. It is close to downtown and an easy drive to anything you’d want to do in the Brevard area.

Historic Ambiance
The Inn has wonderful historic old charm. I found it very comfortable and quiet. I was upgraded to a suite which had a great shower and bathtub. It had a big fireplace which was very cozy. The breakfast was terrific. Lots of good southern fare. The only problem in the room was getting the blinds to close properly.

Charming, no frills B&B
This was exactly what I was looking for in a mountain town B&B. We stayed 1 night and brought our dog, which meant we couldn't stay in the main house but the "annex" was fine. I was impressed with how well the heat worked as it was below freezing the night we were there! It's a very quaint and charming place and the staff is friendly and helpful. We were not as impressed with the breakfast as others have shared but that is mostly due to personal preference. I was pleased that they brought my lactose intolerant husband 2 servings of scrambled eggs! Location was great, we walked to several restaurants and coffee shops. Seems like the parking will fill up if all the rooms are occupied, but I'm sure there's an option if that happens. Thankfully, we got the last spot. Overall, it was as advertised and as expected and I enjoyed our stay.

Room picture does not match the room we stayed in. The room had a musty smell since it had not been rented the previous nights. The bathroom in our room was a tiny bath with a one person shower. None of the furniture matched including the lamps or beds. Management did not respond to our complaints. We paid total $230 for one night probably over priced compared to what we stayed in. Breakfast is limited non nutritious ,French toast and all sugar. Would not recommend ,others in the area are better and less priced, I guess everyone wants to splurge sometimes, but pass this one up.

Nice place, nice staff. Communication was a little bit mixed up regarding breakfast, which was at 9, but my interpretation was breakfast started at 9, which was incorrect. When we arrived at 10:15, owner asked us if we were there for breakfast and we excitedly said yes, she said breakfast was at 9. I said oh, well we can go somewhere else. But she accommodated us and served us breakfast anyhow and it was amazing! The stone ground grits, I meant to ask her for the recipe but forgot. So good! And the Coconut blueberry muffins, yum!

Was hoping for a better experience
When we arrived to check-in, there was nobody at the front desk to assist us. One of the employees, a young man, walked right past us. In spite of my efforts to get his attention to get some help, he just kept on walking. Eventually, after about a 10-15 minute wait, we got some help. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the door knob was very loose and it was very difficult to lock/unlock the room door. This should be an easy fix and, for the money we paid, is an unacceptable inconvenience. We had to check out early in the morning, so we missed breakfast at the inn. At check-out we could not find anyone at the front desk, either. I called the number listed at the window and nobody answered. I thought that, overall, service was quite sub-par. Better to stay at the Hampton Inn nearby. My wife and daughters stayed there a few weeks earlier and had a very good experience with the service there.
