Clean studio in a nice location. No Wi-Fi entire stay and poor communication from host
The good: -host allowed for early check-in -property was in a convenient location within walking or biking distance to numerous restaurants and shops -studio was clean and the bathroom spacious -bike storage on site and very close to bike path -quiet location The bad: -For our entire 2 day stay, we did not have WiFi, so were unable to use a laptop or any streaming channels on the TV. When I notified the host that the internet was was extremely weak to non-existent, her response was "It's working fine for me" and went on to say she has noticed it occasionally goes down for a few minutes. I followed up on the first day by telling her it had been unusable since we arrived, and never received a response.

Ideal Location and Accommodation
we really enjoyed our stay at this well equipped small house. Sasha was a fantastic host. We had a comfortable bed, nice TV, a convenient kitchenette and a beautiful clean bathroom. We could not have asked for more in the heart of Brevard.

Fantastic get away as always…. Love the fireplace and separate sitting area from the bedroom. Super comfy bed and luxurious bath. Walkable distance to town.

Weekend getaway
This little house is so charming! Perfect for 2 and so close to everything. Were able to walk to some yummy restaurants - Wild Morel for a lovely dinner and Morning Social for breakfast. Host was terrific. Plan to return.

Great stay close to downtown!
We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The bathroom was big and the shower was excellent. The king sized bed slept wonderfully after a long days hike and then downtown was just a stroll away for shopping and dining. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for place to stay. We will definitely be back again!

The best little stay in town
This place was perfection. Walking distance to everything, clean, peaceful. The bed was so so comfortable. We had an amazing time. Meals at Square Root, Blind Mule, Morning Social and Mayberrys were all spectacular. 185 King for music. Great little town and this is the place to stay 😍

Camp Drop Off
This property is perfect for 1 adult and 1 child for pickup or drop off for summer camp. We walked to breakfast and later drove 2 miles to hear the incredible symphony at Brevard Music Center.

Perfect location & comfortable, lacking basic kitchenette items
We loved the location of this property and the room and furnishings are very nice. There is a small kitchen counter/frig and it would be nice to have some basic items—paper towels or napkins, a couple of plates (there were glasses and mugs), and packets of sugar/creamer for coffee.

Can't say enough good things: clean, well equipped, light filled space. Comfy bed. Really large bathroom with an awesome shower and tub. Fire place. Deck with rocking chairs. Blocks from downtown and the Lumber Yard district. LOVED IT!

My husband and I loved our stay in Brevard especially in this house. I've been very disappointed by pictures of houses we've stayed in before, but that was not the case this time. This cute little cottage looks exactly like the pictures! I loved the bathroom, and the bed was SOOO comfortable! Our first two nights were cold and rainy, so the cute little sitting area in front of the fireplace were perfect! The house is also conveniently located to the downtown area. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants. We loved our stay in Brevard and this cute little house made it absolutely perfect, even with the cold and rain. This was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I and we will definitely be returning and staying in this house if at all possible!!

Private retreat close to all Brevard charms
We loved our experience at this quiet, lovely, centrally located rental property! It is comfortable and welcoming with wonderful amenities including a luxurious bathroom, quality furnishings and bedding, a gas fireplace, a small porch and more! We walked to town and local restaurants daily and we're just a shirt, scenic drive from local vineyards. Our host was very welcoming while also promoting privacy. We will be back...and soon!!

Perfect location and stay
Probart was the perfect location for walking to downtown Brevard and is close to Music Center events. Sasha is a fantastic host who wants to make sure you have everything you need. The room was great for relaxing as it had a separate sitting area. Got to enjoy the front porch once during my stay but the spring weather turned cold so I really loved that gas fireplace! Bathroom was like a spa experience. Great place to return to!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautiful, modern guesthouse. Great location - walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops. Sasha was great!! She answered all our questions, gave great suggestions and even came over on Saturday evening to adjust our television. We will be back.

Words cannot describe how thrilled we were with our stay at the “The RedHouse”. Sasha was quick to answer all of my questions and her suggestions of places to see and places to dine were perfect. My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway in the mountains and we couldn’t have been more happy after staying at this property. It was within walking distance to downtown Brevard. It was very clean and comfortable. It had a little fridge that we can put our leftovers in and a little sink. The bathroom was gorgeous! We will definitely come here again.

This little house is in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. All the furnishings are high-end, and the shower is especially spectacular. The only thing missing was a microwave for reheating leftovers, but that’s a minor inconvenience.

Loved so many things about this place: classy modern upscale comfort- giant bed, huge roomy spaces for a "tiny house" suite. Gorgeous big bathroom complete with stand alone tub, walk in shower with high shower head (my 6' 7" brother would love), nice porch and just few blocks from Main St.
