Graduation Celebration weekend
We came into town to celebrate our son’s graduation from Brevard College. The house was clean, comfy, well appointed, and located just minutes to the campus, downtown shopping & restaurants plus grocery stores. A perfect “home base” for a very busy weekend! Thanks for hosting us 😊

Highly Recommend!
This is our family's second time staying here and we had another great stay! We highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds are comfortable. Excellent communication with owner. Very clear and easy check in and check out information. The home is so close to everything! We hope to stay again!

Cozy and clean
We own our own cleaning company and were very impressed by the cleanliness of this home. 4 minute drive to downtown and less than 30 minutes to get to some great trails and waterfalls. Not thrilled about the parking lot next door but it was quiet and the black out curtains help hide it. Overall, we would stay again. Quiet neighborhood and great location.

Perfect Location. Cozy. All you need.
Visiting the area for few days. Stayed 3 nights here. This place was perfect. Felt like we were in a private secluded country place, but we were walking distance to downtown Brevard. The home is small, just perfect for a couple or a couple with kids. Very clean. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds, Clean full baths, well stocked kitchen. Warm and cozy (February visit) White squirrels in the yard. Fire pit, stream, and 3 porches to sit on. We were very happy with this stay.

Great for a quick weekend trip

Girl’s Weekend Getaway
This property was a great choice for a weekend getaway to enjoy the shopping, food, and scenic drive into and town of Brevard. The home was super clean with well stocked kitchen and great yard for bird and squirrel watching. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The property owner was responsive and helpful with any questions that I had. We had an awesome weekend!

House is in a neighborhood but property on beautiful lot
Thought we would be in a little more secluded area by pictures on VBRO but it's actually in a neighborhood. It worked out though and we were able to walk to town for the White rabbit festival. The property is very pretty.

Amazing house! We had our 2 adult children with us to visit our son at the Brevard Music Festival. Enough room for 4 adults. Downstairs is master and a bath with a walkout to back patio and huge backyard. Upstairs is 2 twin beds and large bathroom. We enjoyed the area. Creek next to the house, fire pit (didn’t get a chance to use), walking distance to downtown (walked each morning for coffee and pastries), close to a number of waterfalls, water activities and the Brevard Music Festival. Each night we played Taboo and cards (provided). Never even turned the TV on but Netflix was available. Things I’d like to have had…full length mirror in master, a small fan (for those of us who find ourselves suddenly hot) and a couple more games. Thank you for the umbrellas! I knew it was going to rain and brought raincoats but having the umbrellas for the down pours was very helpful. Also appreciated the washer/dryer after kayaking the French Broad river with Headwaters. Didn’t have to take wet stuff home. I’ve never seen hydrangeas so big in the area! Take advantage of the neighborhood and enjoy. And we did see 3 white squirrels!

Great in-town retreat
The fire pit in the beautiful yard is what makes this a really special place. The house is also clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We had an easy walk through nice neighborhoods to town.

Peaceful retreat
The home is super quiet and peaceful with a beautiful natural area surrounding. The back is great for taking a morning walk and listening to the birds. We even saw white squirrels! The creek was fun and we played frisbee in the large yard. The house has super comfy beds and is very clean and tidy. We were within twenty minutes walking to town or half hour to several water falls. Thanks for providing a cozy mountain get a way!

Snow, snow, snow!!
We came in on Saturday afternoon and the snow started late that night. It snowed ALL DAY and most of the night Sunday. Our 4 year old had the best time because it hasn’t snowed where we live since he was 3 months old. The house is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The bed, sheets, wash cloths, and towels are awesome! The 3 of us stayed down stairs but there is plenty of room upstairs for two more people. Nice yard to play in and a fire pit to stay warm by with a small stream flowing along the edge of the yard. We had a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back again.

Perfect mountain getaway!
Such a charming, light and airy cottage. We were really impressed by the cleanliness, the thoughtfulness behind everything a guest would need and the simple yet cozy decor. The proximity to downtown and the beauty of the property was incredible...including the resident white squirrel whom we aptly named Brevard! Our son loved playing by the creek and we couldn't get enough of downtown or the surrounding waterfalls. Would highly recommend!

Brevard Guest House
Everything was wonderful with this property and the process. The design and furnishings of this home are fantastic. The owner's did a nice job with all the little stuff, from providing a well equipped kitchen with spices, coffee and even a bottle of wine. The home is wonderfully located near the center of town, yet in a quiet setting. We did not interact with the owner's, testimony I guess to everything being easy and smooth. I would certainly stay here again when visiting Brevard.

Very pleasant little house on a nice property with a big yard and a little brook. Kitchen is nicely outfitted with a good awareness of what amenities are most useful. Neighborhood is nice and the house has a sense of privacy. Such easy access to Brevard town center!

Perfect Home & Location!
We had a wonderful vacation staying at this charming house, perfect for a small family. The decor was so tasteful and decorated beautifully for fall. It was exceptionally clean with many thoughtful touches and amenities. The neighborhood is very friendly which made the short walk to downtown a pleasure. We hiked at DuPont, mountain biked, visited breweries and attended the Silvermont Mansion Pumpkin Festival a short walk from the house. Such a perfect base for all of the activities we enjoyed. We will definitely return to this charming home for the perfect get-away!

Property is very nice. Clean and well appointed with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The location was very good, however, the other reviews that said it was within walking distance to downtown Brevard I do not really agree with. It was a short drive to get there and then walking around was a good way to get around.
