"Breakfast had a good selection of breakfast foods. However, breakfast was served very early for someone on a school break with kids. Also, the hot tub was on the first day only; the next two days were empty and not able to use it, which was the main reason why we picked this hotel. It was very disappointing for my children and me. Rooms are of a very good size, although the bathroom and furniture are very dated."

"The room itself was not bad, it did its job. The mattress was confortable the pillows were okay. The breakfast is worth it if you arrive before 8:30 because once the fruits are gone, there won't be more, so you can only eat bread and coffee, which if you consider the price, is still not bad. However, the Bathrooms were DISGUSTING to a level I cannot express. It was hot as a sauna, all the toilets were stinky, and all the showers full of hair and mold. I took a shower because I had to, but I honestly wanted to cry. DON'T forget your slippers or your sandals, believe me, you will not want to set a bare foot in that bathroom floor."

"The room was clean and nice. When we arrived, the front desk attendant stated we only had a reservation for 2 adults. The reservation was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. When l explained to the attendant that it was booked for 4 people, they said that they weren’t able to verify this and that there was no rooms available that night. When the attendant was asked how this issue was going to be resolved, they were very uncaring and unhelpful. Finally they asked for my confirmation. When we went to our room, it was made up and ready for 2 adults and 2 children. Their attitude and unhelpful was not customer friendly."
