Very little cell service, but awesome high speed internet. New appliances in the kitchen, and they get brownie points for a clean coffee machine. "My family of 8 stayed at this beautiful property Memorial Day weekend 2024. The house is right on the water and has it's own private beach, water was cold but that didn't stop us from throwing some tubes into the river and going for a short float! The house had every accommodation that you could imagine - whatever we forgot, it was there waiting for us. "My husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a weekend in March. We immediately felt welcomed and at home. Great gathering spaces and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view."

"We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. "We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend."

"Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!"

"I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha"
