Amazing place and perfect location! Brescia is a wonderful city and this is the perfect place to explore it from! Such a nice host and beautiful room.

Overall the staff was really nice and helpful! Amazing location! The room was overlooking this beautiful church and a cute cafe was right down stairs. Great location as everything was walkable near by. The only thing was the room cleanup and service was not everyday and when asked for new towels, it was offered for several hours later in the day so I had to use a towel I already put on the floor.

Good location to explore Brescia

Great location for exploring Brescia on foot. Many streets are inaccessible by car but safe parking is available at an additional cost nearby. Apartment is comfortable and well-appointed. Like many, it’s up a flight of stairs (no lift). A/C was quiet and effective. Shower water pressure is weak and drainage was very slow, however. Lovely offsite continental breakfast. Good value for the money.

Fantastic stay. Clean, comfortable and perfect for exploring the town centre. Basically a 5 minute walk to all major sites. The archaeological park and Musei di Santa Giulia are very, very close and must be seen. Air conditioning was very welcome after a day of walking around in the heat. My only issue was with the shower. The temperature range seemed to be hot or hotter. I would have liked a cool shower, but that’s just me…

This place is incredibly charming. The room is nice, clean, and just downstairs is a lovely cafe where I had breakfast (included with the room) and apperitivo every night. This place is also only 2 blocks from the duomo, super convenient to everything. And the hosts were helpful with all my questions even when I needed a taxi to the station at the last minute. I will definitely stay here when I come back.

A home-like accommodation in a historical building right in the centre of Brescia. Contact at the time of booking, on-time welcome and farewell, smiling face, cleanliness, comfort, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast consisting of coffee and croissants were all very good. On a very rainy day, we said it was good that we stayed in Brescia instead of the complicated Milan. I definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Brescianın tam merkezinde tarihi bir binada ev konforunda bir konaklama. Rezervasyon anında irtibat, tam zamanında karşılama ve uğurlama, güleryüz, temizlik, rahatlık, çay kahve olanağı, kahve ve kruvasandan oluşan kahvaltı hepsi gayet güzeldi. Beautiful room in a charming part of the city

The welcome was warm, the location was perfect, and the whole stay generally was ideal to be honest. Cute bars and cafes right on the doorstep, and some lovely old architecture to take in too. Breakfast provided in a nearby cafe wasn’t up to much, but everything else about this place is spot on. Brescia is a hidden gem; such a stunning place. Highly recommended.

Posizione e pulizia ottime, così pure la disponibilità del proprietario. La camera piccola ma confortevole, unica pecca il bagno: spazi estremamente ridotti ( tetto spiovente e bisognava abbassare la testa per usare il wc) e acqua col contagocce.

Ottimo soggiorno

Stanza molto molto carina, pulita, spaziosa e ben insonorizzata. Letti molto comodi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Unica cosa da considerare, che per noi non è stata assolutamente un problema, una scala un po' ripida per accedere alla stanza. Posizione molto comoda. Colazione compresa al bar di fronte. Numerosi ristorantini nelle vicinanze.
