"The elevator button was broken so we had to wait for the one but it took forever ao we had to lug our luggage downstairs. "

"Me and my newly married husband stayed here for our little getaway the day we got married and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and stay stocked with towels and everything we needed, they even clean the room and left our belongings nicely put up while we were out and about. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as to any questions we had, the pool was also very nice and there was a couple of different pools to move around through with a hot tub included! The only thing that I would say is definitely keep in mind that it isn’t a all inclusive and the only thing that surprised me, but wasn’t too bad, was that there was no microwave in the room or in a common area so we had to pay to have one sent to the room and it was a fee for everyday we kept it. I would definitely recommend this place for couples but also families because it was very family friendly!"

"No hot tub, breakfast was good but food was not hot. TV stopped working twice, had to be moved to another room due to face bowl sink not working, air conditioner not cooling but staff was nice and attentive."

"In room 626 the sink drain didn’t work very well. We forgot to tell them. Sorry. I also hate that there isn’t an ice machine that customers can go to. I wouldn’t mind going down by the pool to access a machine, but I don’t want to tip to get ice. Yes, they bring some up in the evenings, but it’s usually melting by the time we get back. "
