"A good hotel for one night stay to discover Colmar. The hotel has free secured private parking spots, which is awesome. Hotel looks great and rooms were very clean. A little bit small rooms, but for one night it’s fine. Didn’t try the breakfast, but they offer local food. Most staff is friendly!"

"Saint Martin is a really great property, it might come off as a little old or outdated to some people due to the carpet choices and some of the bathroom fixtures, but for the location and price that is not a problem, and in fact may even add to its charm. It is one of the larger rooms I’ve stayed in during my stay traveling through Europe. The bedding was thick, comfortable and felt rather luxurious. Most importantly it felt clean and safe. "It was a nice place to stay and convenient to have a beer/wine vending machine, however it was far from the city centre, about 40 minutes by bus and tram. Getting back in the evening was also difficult as the buses didn't run late and we had to walk about 15 minutes from the last bus stop. There is nothing worth seeing around and limited food options, so there's no value in being so far from the city centre aside from a slightly lower price. Breakfast was good (13 euros extra). "This hotel was a good value for the price. It was not fancy, but attractive and clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was convenient, although not scenic, but close to everything. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. I would stay there again."

"Translation: New and Fresh The hotel has been completely renovated and is very well-located in the Old Town. The fresh, stylish room is ultra-modern but lacks character. It’s a safe choice for a pleasant stay in beautiful and charming Freiburg. However, it can never reach the absolute top because it lacks a ground-floor lobby."
