"The airport shuttle was prompt at picking us up. The hotel texted us a link with the driver name as well as visual of where the driver was relative to our position and his course to pick us up. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room on the third floor was easy to get to and the hallway was well lit with carpeting that was easy to roll out bags over. The room was spacious with a comfortable Serta mattress and comfortable pillows. All in all a very restful stay!"

"Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel. "
