It's a good, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant /bar isn't open under the current circumstances (Covid), however the hotel is only 20min walk to the city centre.

Positiv: Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit, Negativ: der Zustand des Hotels wirkt heruntergekommen: Löcher im Boden EG provisorisch (?) mit Holzbrettern geschlossen, große Farbflecken im Teppich im Flur 1. OG, Wände im Flur zerkratzt und könnten einen Anstrich vertragen, Parkplätze zum Teil zugewuchert, Mobiliar im Zimmer hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen (Tischplatte zerkratzt, Kopfteil vom Bett verranzt mit Spuren der vorherigen Bewohner), Zimmerservice bedingt durch Corona nur auf Wunsch, macht aber dann die Sachen, die durch die Rezeption in Auftrag gegeben wurden, doch nicht. Beispiel 80er Kopfkissen gefaltet und in offenen 40er Bezug gestopft, nachts heraus gequollen, Anweisung Rezeption Kissen oder Bezug tauschen, Maßnahme Zimmerservice Kissen wieder gefaltet und zurück in den zu kleinen Bezug. Sehr eklig und unhygienisch, wenn man morgens das Kissen wieder ohne Bezug im Gesicht hat, da andere Besucher möglicherweise auch so im Kissen geschlafen haben und es wird ja nur der Bezug gewechselt...

Fint sted til prisen

Vi havde et ganske fint ophold på hotellet, som var pænt og rent. Værelset var lækkert og stort, og personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomt. Parkering er let at komme til på stedet og relativt billig. Eneste minus ved stedet er, at man skal gå 25 minutter for at ramme centrum og seværdighederne her. Dog går letbanen direkte uden for hotellets dør. Desuden er hotellet placeret således, at man hurtigt kan komme ind og ud af Bremen med bil.

German Multi Kulti - NOT FOR ME!

It was extremely challenging and stressful to get from the airport in Bremen to the hotel. Several taxi cab driver had various excuses why they could not do it - while I was sitting in the cold air at 11 PM they argued in whatever tongue. Finally I got a ride to the hotel and the cab driver told me "they don't get enough of a cut" so.... He was nice though and I thought I could finally lie down in the long awaited bed. Not so! Even though the hotel was paid for I had to fill out a long form and sign this and that. Then the front desk person wanted money from me. What for? I asked. Some city tax. I knew I had some Euro Dollars in a wallet but did not know where that wallet was and did not want to break another bill. They are heavy the European coins! I asked if I could bring my suit case to the room first and then return with the requested amount. No she refused to let me go to my room. I was fed up and told her it would be good if I'd been informed ahead of time of this "city tax" She replied; "The city just informed us 2 days ago!" Oh I see. German order times 10 plus delay, it stinks! What stank even more was the drain and I mean not just a little.The "black out curtains" are too short on both sides and I used my sleep mask. The room was towards the parking lot which in itself was alright yet a real bother for me was the bright neon light attached to wall - on the entire night. On the +: Employee helped bring suitcase to room, employee at breakfast nice and helpful!

Frühstück und Innenstadt-Anbindung waren super, für einen Städtetrip also perfekt. Das Personal war freundlich und unauffällig im Sinne von keinen negativen Begegnungen. Einzig zu bemängeln hätte ich, dass das Hotel stellenweise eine Renovierung notwendig hätte, da es mitunter etwas abgenutzt aussieht, vor allem im Flur. Abends war leider das Restaurant auch nie auf, was vor allem sonntags dann etwas misslich ist, da der Snack-Automat wirklich nur Knabberzeug/Süßes und Getränke hatte.

Dirty room , dated worn furniture and fixtures Tiny shower I was bitten over 22 times in n the room! Window was closed. Definitely would NEVER stay again . Very slow check in and out

Das Zimmer schien sauber zu sein. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt (ca. 2 km), zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (S-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel) und zu Supermärkten ist positiv zu bewerten. Allerdings sind die Zimmer zur Straße nicht für lärmempfindliche Gäste geeignet (Lärm von S-Bahn, mehrspuriger Straße und Flugzeuge). Das Reinigungspersonal war schon in den frühen Morgenstunden auf den Gängen (staubsaugen) aktiv.

Das Hotel ist total in Ordnung- soweit ich das mit einer Übernachtung beurteilen kann: Nah am Flughafen, leicht zu finden, Parkplätze im Hotelhof, relativ ruhig und komfortabel. Wer allerdings geschäftlich unterwegs ist und die Touristen-Abgabe von 3.50€/Nacht nicht zahlen möchte und zurückerstattet haben möchte, der erlebt einen preußisch/bürokraten Hürdenlauf: Anders wie in z.B. in HH wird man im Hotel darauf nicht hingewiesen und es wird sofort abgezogen. Das Antragsverfahren beim FA B/BRV ist mehr als umständlich und zieht sich über Wochen mit mehrfachem Schriftwechsel hin. Anschließend gibt es einen amtlichen Bescheid mit dem Hinweis die nicht erstattete Mwst. beim Hotel einzufordern. Wie gut, daß unsere Steuergelder so gut angelegt sind!
