Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war nahezu nicht vorhanden bis ganz schlecht...
Im Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit zu verdunkeln,also ab ca sieben Uhr morgens lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer.
Fenster öffnen nicht ratsam, da direkt vor der Tür die Straßenbahn fährt und die Hauptstraße verläuft...somit sehr laut

Das Zimmer war sehr klein (keine 10qm), funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Das Doppelbett war mit 1,40m sehr klein für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Unverständlich und ärgerlich war, dass das Zimmer in den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht einmal gereinigt wurde oder auch nur frische Handtücher gebracht wurden. Haben die Gastgeberin sogar eine Nachricht mit der Bitte nach frischen Handtüchern geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend.

Dreckiges Bad, Dreck unterm Bett, offene Milch im Kühlschrank vom Vorgänger und trotz nicht funktionierendem System habe ich keinen Zugangscode bekommen. Habe dadurch eine halbe Stunde mit meiner Sechsjährigen Tochter vor verschlossener Tür frieren müssen.

Leider konnten wir das Hotel nicht betreten, da das Online-Zugangsportal die Reservierung nicht bestätigen konnten. Auf keiner der aufgeführten Telefonnummern nebst „Notfallnummer“ konnte jemand erreicht werden, obwohl wir eine späte Anreise angekündigt hatten. Wir mussten ein andres Hotel buchen. Nicht einmal die 20 € Mehrkosten für die Übernachtung in diesem Hotel wurden uns gutgeschrieben, trotz des erhöhten Aufwandes unsererseits, ein neues Zimmer zu annehmbaren Konditionen um 22:00 Uhr abends bei 5 Grad Außentemperatur zu finden. Das ist Alles mehr als schlecht gelaufen und wir können hier leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Treppe im Zimmer ist sehr steil und nicht für alle Altersklassen geeignet.
Leider gab es kein Shampoo sondern nur Seife im Badezimmer. Alle Behälter waren leer.

Wir waren für 2 Überraschungen hier.
Das Standard Doppelzimmer war klein und einfach ausgestattet, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend.
Es war alles sehr sauber.
Ein keiner negativer Punkte war, dass die Seifenspender nicht aufgefüllt wurden.
Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen

Dålig information innan om hur man skulle få nyckel till rummet. Fick bara info att man skulle få ett meddelande från boendet som aldrig kom. Jag smsa då numret som man fått som "kontakta boendet" utan respons. Men när vi väl kom dit så var där en maskin att logga in sig på. Detta hade varit skönt att veta innan hur det gick till. Väldigt komplicerat och långa koder till både ytterdörr och in till rum vilket var lite irriterande när man skulle spriga fram och tillbaka och bära in sina saker. Bäddsoffan var ganska hårt och kuddarna på bäddsoffan var platta som frimärken. Hade varit bra om det funnits extra kuddar. Sängarna var dock super sköna. I badrummet fanns varken duschtvål eller schampo. Men ett rent, rymligt och fräscht rum. Perfekt med parkering utanför. Kan tänka oss att bo här igen nu när vi vet hur det fungerar.

Unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein. Sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass es Kaffee auf dem Zimmer gab. Wir waren runum zufrieden und werden es gern weiterempfehlen.

Easy and clean accommodation
Easy check in via kiosk. Parking was plentiful and hotel it was located in nice area within walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Room was clean and well equipped. I was very pleased with the accommodations for the price. I feel that it was a great value and would absolutely stay there again. I was headed towards Bremerhaven and this totally fit my needs.
