Spacious room, amazing breakfast

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing, well worth it. The location is right next to the train station, the area unfortunately is frequented by a questionable crowd. Not the best location if driving. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We travelled with 2 dogs which was not an issue at all. Good stay all in all.

Excellent structure for the price paid. My standard room was renovated, clean and spatious. Breakfast has a wide selection apart from cakes. The pool is shared with a local gym and not hotel exclusive, but it has a nice relax area.

Located near the railway station. Easy 10 minute walk into the city. Reception staff were not very friendly- insisting we check in on a keypad rather than in person - even though they weren’t busy. The room was very quiet and clean with a good sized bathroom. The breakfast choice was really good and the waiting staff were polite. The extra bonus of access to an indoor swimming pool and steam room was great for the price we paid for one night stay.

I chose this hotel upon a good recommendation from a friend, I wasn’t expecting much from them but I had everything and more.. the staff and the people made my trip a heaven, I loved the breakfast( it has variety upon variety) I love the spa area, the beauty and wellness center and love the room. I will definitely go back.

Excellent value for money given the location and facilities. Particularly impressed with the Wellness Centre, though a shame the jakuzzi was out of action. However the sauna, steam room, tepidarium etc are great!

Really good breakfast, friendly staff and easy parking. Around hotel was a lot shady looking people and you can hear traffic to your room. It sounded like your window were open, even it wasn't.

I like the sauna, sports and the swimmingpool. Kind people who will help you with anything! Room was clean. I could make a lunch to go, to take along. The only thing that was disappointed, was that I could not have dinner in the hotel. Rest was fantastic.

The Good and bag

First good points. The staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in. Breakfast was excellent and very nice surroundings. The location is fantastic for the train station. The not so good. The room I was in, a single room 510 was dated, there was a mini bar that was switched off for eco reasons. During my two night stay in my room was not serviced. The air-conditioning was effective but noisy and seem to have an intermittent fault that made it rattle intermittently. The area around the hotel seems to attract some of the less desirable elements of society. Overall it was okay, I did get feedback to the hotel and received the standard cut and paste response, “thanks for letting us know it will help us to improve”, but they didn’t address any of the points that I made. The opportunity to visit the pool. With I stay there again, possibly due to its proximity to the Bahnhofsplatz and the city trams.

Good, just ask for room with working AC

Good hotel only THREE big problems: 1. AC in room doesn’t work or something made the while stay uncomfortable and bathroom a sauna (where the vent didn’t work either) 2. Only one small elevator working so made it not fun. 2. Parking not enough, had to park in public parking house. But breakfast was SO good and with a lot of options and service so nice and good.

The queen room was much larger than expected. The bathroom was large, modern and very clean. There was a towel warmer, which seems standard in Europe. The breakfast was the absolute best I've ever experienced, and was shocked by the quqntity and variations. There would be no excuse for even the pickiest eaters, not to leave full. The carpet was a little outdated, but was clean. The location was across from the central train station and walking distance to downtown with plenty of shops, cafes, and eateries along the way. We were very pleased with our stay.
