"The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again."

"We had a great stop over on our way home from Italy. The pool and spa were good and it was an easy walk into the lovely town, which had a good selection of places to eat and drink. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel in Memmingen. Frau Mohr at the front desk was absolutely wonderful…friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so tasty with lots of choices. We would stay here again for sure"
