A warm welcome to the Wagnerhof on Lake Chiemsee in the beautiful Mühlner Bay. We, the Jell family, invite you to spend your holiday in a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere in one of our holiday apartments.
Between Munich and Salzburg, between Rosenheim and Traunstein—in the beautiful Chiemgau region. Directly on the lake, in an idyllic setting, with our own boat dock and swimming pier, and a sunny lawn for sunbathing shaded by trees.
Our guesthouse is open from May through October.

Description: A Bavarian-style holiday apartment, approx. 45 square metres, on the 2nd floor, for 2–3 people, with a large south-facing balcony offering views of the lake and mountains, and a generously equipped kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed. Please refer to the floor plan for the layout of the holiday apartment.
Amenities: TV, Wi-Fi, radio, couch (pull-out sleeper), hair dryer, makeup mirror, towels and bed linens, dishwasher, safe. Balconies are furnished with a table and chairs. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. Bicycles and sports equipment can be stored under the carport, protected from the rain.
Additional information: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. Smoking is not permitted in the units or in the building.
