"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff made us feel welcome, and we really enjoyed our visit to St. Moritz. We especially appreciated the transportation to the train station. "Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. It’s an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home. Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for."

"We stayed at the Crystal Hotel for a single night in October of 2026. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. It is well situated for walking and exploring St Moritz, and the transfer from the train station makes getting to and from the hotel very easy. I would definitely recommend this property to people visiting St Moritz."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses"
