Diese FEWO nicht noch einmal

Schön war die Strandnähe und die Wohnung an sich. Allerdings war der schöne Balkon wegen extremen Straßenlärm für uns nur zum Wäschetrocknen nutzbar. Aus den Urlaubsunterlagen ging nicht hervor, dass die FEWO in der 2 Etage ohne Lift war. Mit Koffern und über 80 Jahren war es schwierig. Das teuer gebuchte Handtuchpacket mußte 2 Wochen reichen. Ein wöchetlicher Handtuchwechsel wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Ein Dusch Vorleger fehlte ganz.

Super Unterkunft aber

Eine super Unterkunft, es fehlt an nichts, in nur 2 min ist man am Strand ABER Die ganzen 7 Tage konnten wir nicht ins Wasser gehen, da am Strand irgendwelches Algen Zug lag, ca 1 m am Strand und 1 m im Wasser, es hat gestunken wie an einer Kläranlage ( nur direkt am Strand) Der Vermieter müsste da der Stadt Druck machen, damit der Strand gesäubert wird. Für uns ist klar, das wir an diesen Strand keinen Urlaub wieder machen. Aber uch betone nochmal, die Unterkunft war sehr schön,

Schöner Kuraufenthalt auf Rügen

Die Wohnung war ordentlich, sauber und umfassend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist kaum der Rede wert und zu Fuß in Minuten zu bewältigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man mit dem Auto in unter 10 Minuten. Sassnitz und Cap Arkona sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Der Grund für den einen Punkt Abzug in der Gesamtwertung liegt daran, dass die Hauspflege wohl keine Info über die gebuchten Wäschepakete bekommen hatte. Das konnte aber schnell und unbürokratisch am Abend der Anreise erledigt werden.

Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben.Wenn Bettwäsche gebucht worden ist,sollte sie auch heile,sauber und aufgezogen sein.Man hatte den Eindruck als würde nur sporadisch geputzt.Und für den Schlüsselsafe könnte man sich auch etwas anderes einfallen lassen.

Toilettensitz im WC defekt. Kein Fenster mit Fliegenschutz. Balkon nicht sauber (Vogeldreck). Sehr geräumig, gut aufgeteilt und gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage in Strand- und Promenadennähe.

Kein 5-Sterne-Hotel, aber gut zum Aushalten!

Sauberkeit bei Übernahme der Räume lässt zu wünschen übrig (Flecken vom Vorgänger in Bad und Küche, Kühlschrank innen schmutzig, Spinnen in vielen Ecken, Balkonfenster total verschmiert), aber sonst i.O. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht! Nähe zum Strand, Nähe zum Einkaufen, Parkplatz - unbezahlbar!! Wir waren schon zum 8. mal und buchen wieder dort, obwohl Preis-Leistung immer utopischer wird!

Haus und Wohnung

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hauses die es möglich macht, den Strand bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Haus ist ein schöner Bau im Stil der "Bäderarchitektur". Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und gut eingerichtet, nur der Straßenlärm, bedingt durch die Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstraße stört den sonst positiven Gesamteindruck.

Mooi en comfortabel ingericht. Veel ruimte. Koffie apparaat kon beter en geen sloten op de deuren badkamer en wc. Verder is broodrooster kapot. Bij de sleutel overdracht was de ontvangen info wat weinig. Kregen voor Wi-Fi wachtwoord en gebruikers naam mee, maar geen inlogcode. Van buren kregen we de juiste info hiervoor.

Super Lage

Wir haben eine schöne Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen u 2 Kindern verbracht. In 2 Min läuft man zum Strand. Am Haus geht die Hauptstraße entlang, aber da wir meist unterwegs waren, hat uns das wenig gestört. Die Wohnung braucht nach dem Sommer auf jeden Fall etwas “Zuneigung” in Form von Reparatur usw. - aber wir würden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall nochmal einmal buchen. Der Münzwaschautomat ist sehr benutzerunfreundlich. Gründlicheres Putzen wäre angebracht. Toller Balkon.

unsere Ferienwohnung war gut,die Zimmer waren klein,aber gemütlich,im Kinderzimmer fehlt ein Kleiderschrank,die Küche war top,alles da was man braucht,der Balkon ging zwar zur Strasse raus,aber da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren,hat uns das nicht gestört und Nachts war es ruhig,W-Lan war nicht so berauschend,alles im allen ist diese Ferienwohnung zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung.Check in problemlos.Durch direkte Lage an der Straße auf dem Balkon etwas laut,innerhalb der Wohnung aber nicht.In der Hauptsaison bei mehr Verkehr könnte es sehr Ruhebedürftige stören, uns war es nicht zu laut.Kurzer Weg zu Fuß an den Strand,an dem man schöne lange Spaziergänge machen kann.WLan hat gut funktioniert.Für größere Einkäufe braucht man Fahrrad oder Auto.Restaurant und Café / Bäcker sind zu Fuß in der Nähe.
