Runde Sache mit Abstrichen

Leider hat bei unserer Ankunft das extra gebuchte Handtuch-Paket gefehlt, mussten wir am nächsten Tag bei der Verwaltung nochmal anfragen und abholen. Der Reinigungszustand und Gesamtzustand des Objektes und der Möbel war grenzwertig, insbesondere der Küche. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung gut und vollkommen ausreichend, die Lage war top. Nur wenige Geh-Minuten zum Strand und zur nächsten Tram-Station, für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ideal.

In der Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben

Zuerst war die Beschilderung nicht richtig und wir standen beim Nachbarn an der Tür, der diese Erfahrung schon mehrfach gemacht hat. Für ein 6-Personen-Haus war es mit einer Toilette und einer Dusche sportlich. Im Badezimmer haben wir eine angefangene nasse Rolle Klopapier vorgefunden. In der Küche waren keine Spülutensilien oder Abtrockentücher vorhanden, obwohl bei Abreise alles sauber verlassen werden soll. Ich bin selbst Vermieter und halte Klopapier und Abwaschzubehör für die Küche vor. An den Fenstern waren außen viele Spinnweben, eine Reinigung von außen haben sie länger nicht erfahren.

Negativ: - zu wenige töpfe mit Deckeln, - nicht gut sauber gemachte Räume - steile, schmale Treppe ohne Teppich: Kinder sind mehrmals darauf ausgerutscht und haben sich weh getan - Dunstabzugashaube und Licht an der Dunstabzugs - stinkender Staubsauger, wahrscheinlich wegen zu voller Tüte, wurde n icht ausgewechselt Positiv: -Sehr schöner gepflegte Garten, - Ausstattung mit Wäscheständer und Wäscheklammern - Insgesamt gute Ausstattung

Nous avons été déçu car les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité : parasol cassé, vaisselle abîmée, machine à laver le linge qui ne fonctionne pas, la peinture des volets est en pleine décrépitude et les volets sont rouillés. L'escalier qui mène à l'étage est très raide. Ne pas venir avec de très petits enfants.Heureusement que le logement est près de la plage, de l'arrêt du tram, des commerces et que le jardin est au soleil.

Schimmel und nicht sauber

Objekt liegt zwar 10 Gehminuten vom Strand, befindet sich aber nahe einer stark befahrenen Strasse, die zwischen Haus und Strand liegt. Diese hört man deutlich. Unangenehm war die fehlende Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Der Duschvorhang ist verschimmelt, die Babybettmatraze zeigt Schimmel, die Matrazen sind insgesamt durchgelegen, die Babywickelauflage war extrem dreckig. Alle Ecken des Hausen waren sehr drecking. Es wird nur mittig einmal durchgewischt und das war‘s. Das Haus an sich ist gut und hat TV, alle nötigen Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine.
