I would like to complain about the cleanness of the apartment, the customer service and health and safety in the apartment. We booked the apartment via Expedia website for the period 27-30th of May. We arrived at the apartment at around 8 pm on the 27th of May. As soon as we opened the door we felt a horrible sewage smell coming from the apartment. It was so strong that I felt sick. We opened the windows, but it would not come out straight away. We discovered that there was no bed linen in the master bed and there was very dirty dry clothes thrown at the bed. The children's bedroom was without a window which is clearly against health and safety European regulations and there is no ventilation or natural light in the children’s bedroom. I am attaching the images of the bedroom together with the quotes from the law in regards to the rooms without windows.

Franchement j’ai adoré, le coin est tout simplement idéal pour la famille, calme, propre et le voisinage est assez gentil. La plage n’est pas trop loin du local. La chambre d enfant est sans fenêtre, du coup est chiant pour une ado avoir tjrs la porte ouverte, pour ma part c’est le seul bémol

Enorme défaut : pas de parking et très peu de places dans la rue. Loin de la mer, et tous les parkings que j'ai vus sont payants. Sinon, belle résidence, propre et tranquille, avec ascenseur. Terrasse suffisamment grande.

Wir hatten leider in unserem Betten Hunde Haare und im Kinderbett lange braune Haare dabei der Boden dreckig Schranktüre vom Badezimmer ist auf dem Kopf von meiner Tochter geschlagen. Handtuchhalterlose Fensterbrett im Schlafzimmer lose kein Fenster oder Glas in Türe vom Kinderzimmer. Schiebe Türe zum Balkon defekt, Handtuchhalter defekt, offen liegende Telefonboxe Wohnzimmer Kinder Bett hat keine Matratze, Kinder Hochstuhl Lebens gefährlich für Kinder/Kleinkinder alles sehr runter gewohnt die Agentur vor Ort sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Die können da leider relativ wenig dran tun, da sie nur das Objekt im Auftrag des Eigentümers haben! sonst ist die Anlage schön und gepflegt

Niet voor 4 personen, vieze vaat

Appartement eerder voor 2 dan voor 4 personen bedoeld. 2e slaapkamer heeft geen ramen of ventatie en het stapelbed past er nauwelijks in. Een servicepakket ontbrak. Er zat nog niet eens een vuilniszak in de vuilnisbak. Servies, bestek en pannen in de keuken waren ronduit smerig. Vet, plakkerig en vol met etensresten. Er waren maar 3 stoelen op het balkon, waarvan 1 kapot. Parkeren op het terrein is niet inbegrepen dus een flink eind lopen met je koffe, afhankelijk van parkeerdrukte in de straat.

Mooi gelegen in Bredene op 2 km van het centrum en strand rustig domein met een mooi zwembad. Het appartement is juist geschikt voor 3 personen 4 is teveel en klein hond ook ok

De ruimte met het stapelbed is echt ondermaats. Geen ramen, geen ruimte, geen luchtcirculatie….deze ruimte is eigenlijk bedoeld als berging. Verder was het appartement wel in orde, mooi uitzicht, gelukkig aan de buitenzijde van het domein waardoor het er rustig is. De keuken is oké, wel geen vaatwasser en geen oven. Geen autoparking, wel in de straat maar dat is soms ook wel zoeken… Ik vind owv deze redenen dat de prijs te hoog is.

Prima verblijf voor ons, maar max 1 week

Mooi uitzicht, lekker rustige omgeving, app. van ons lag aan het natuurpark D'Heye, waar je s’morgens paarden en runderen voorbij ziet lopen. Helaas mag je je auto niet op het terrein parkeren, er is thans genoeg plaats.. Je kunt deze op de straat parkeren wat gratis is, maar vaak wel geen plaats meer. De slaapkamer met het stapelbed was wel helaas een domper, veel te klein en geen verluchting, je krijgt er engtevrees. De residentie is volledig afgesloten, wat je een veilig gevoel geeft.

L'appartement est très bien équipé, situé au calme, avec une piscine extérieure chauffée très agréable. Le seul bémol, le nettoyage avant notre arrivée n'était pas fait , l'équipe est arrivée le lendemain. J'ai donc nettoyé moi même l'appartement qui plus est était plein de poils de chat :( L'agence n'était pas ouverte le dimanche pour la remise des clés ni pour faire un retour de notre séjour.

A notre arrivée dans l’appartement chauffage infrarouge allumé dans la salle de bain, porte fermée chaleur +++ et qui a fait sauter les plombs du chauffe-eau Limite dangereux. Pour le reste appartement ok et vue très agréable.

La description n'est pas véritable. La plage à 3km! Centre ville à 2km! Même pas 1 boulangerie à côté! Seulement des petits casseroles et même pas 1 senseo! 1 balcon de 1m2! Pas de parking intérieur et même pas sûr la route :59€ d'amende juste pour descendre les valises !
