Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Küche könnte ein makeover vertragen . Außer die Spülmaschine, die ist neu. Die Dusche ist überholungsbedürftig.Eine richtige Grundreinigung hat vor uns nicht stattgefunden. Viel Staub und Wollmäuse untern den Betten und in den Ecken. Geschirr, Gläser und Töpfe mussten wir ersteinmal in die Spülmaschine packen. Herd wurde durch uns gereinigt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Zum Strand 3 Minuten. Man kann das Auto gut stehen lassen und die Städtchen an der Küste mit der KUSTTRAM bereisen.

Unterkunft war alles super aber die Garage war mit Möbel zugestellt. Sodass ein combi nicht reinpasst und man diesen schließen kann. Aber ansonsten war alles super.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Lage war auch top. Nur wenige Meter und man ist am Strand gewesen. Immer gerne wieder.

Im Grunde genommen war die Wohnung ganz ok. Die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 250 m und zum Ortskern ca. 1 km) waren sicher annehmbar. Die Wohnung an sich war für drei Personen groß genug. Jedoch war es leider nicht so sauber und im Bad war an mehreren Stellen Schimmel (Wände und Decken und in der Duschkabine). Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen sind um es höflich auszudrücken gewöhungsbedürftig, da dürfte gerne mal was Neues her. Sie sind alle schon recht durchgelegen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Mit zwei Kindern super zum Wohnen. Kleines Manko war die Müllentsorgung und das es wie so oft keine Rollläden gab. Die Möglichkeiten die Zimmer zu verdunkeln waren eher gering. Aber sonst eine tolle Wohnung die wir gerne wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine Top Lage, wenige Meter zum Strand und eine Bäckerei gibt es auch direkt um die Ecke! Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr die neueste, aber alles funktioniert und es ist alles da was Man braucht!

Gute Lage, ansonsten mittelmäßig

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings war das Treppenhaus und die Flure sehr eng und dadurch nicht gut zu begehen. Die Vorratskammer verbreitet äußerst unangenehme Gerüche. Wenn die Tür nicht konsequent zugelassen wird, riecht die gesamte Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Man benötigt 5 Min bis zum Sandstrand und 10 Min in die stadt.die Möbel haben die besten Tage hinter sich, wir hatten teilweise Sorge, Schranktüren zu öffnen. Der Sessel ist aber so bequem, wie alt er aussieht. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel und Einrichtungen gehen aber ihrer Endzeit entgegen, und sollten zeitnah ersetzt werden. Auch täte eine Auffrischung ( Renovation ) sowie Neuanstrich der Wohnung gut, damit diese auch in Zukunft attraktiv bleibt.

Fijne woning. Heerlijk dicht bij de zee en met de tram zo vlak bij kon je alle kanten uit. Alles was in de woning aanwezig. Heerlijke douche. s'Avonds kon je nog lang genieten van de zon op het balkon.
