Great flat in Bredene

Very nice flat with everything which was needed. From the balcony the sea could be seen. and on the ground floor there a a Lidl and a Dehaize for the daily shopping. Brilliant. The only pain point was, that the house was directly at the two main roads. So it was not possible to sleep with open windows during the night.

In Ordnung

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, kann aber die Erwartungen entsprechend der präsentierten Bilder nicht vollumfänglich erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist teilweise doch etwas "abgenutzt", insbesondere was die Couch angeht. Ein Sonnenschutz zum Balkon hin wäre wünschenswert. Bei gutem Wetter ist das Wohnzimmer aufgrund der Sonneneinstrahlung zeitweise kaum zu nutzen. Sauberkeit überschaubar, Ablauf der Dusche war zu, wurde aber behoben.

Voldeed helaas niet aan de verwachtingen

Zetel heeft neste tijd gehad Zeer kleine tv Rookmelders hingen niet overal op Water liep zo weer de douche uit Stop in het bad had geen rubber, water liep gewoon weg Zeer smalle inrijdeg naar de ondergrondse parking, met zeer korte bocht! Met grotere auto en weinig ervaring geraak je er ooit meer ongeschonden uit! Ga dan liever parkeren rechtover het appartement. Nergens vliegenramen Geen gordijnen in de living en keuken Senseo was kapot Veel kasten in de keuken Wij waren niet tevreden!

Zu teuer

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön. Jedoch sind einige Dinge nicht so schön. Abplatzer an den Wänden. Schleifspuren an den Wänden. Der Tisch auf dem Balkon war kaputt und auch ein Stuhl. Das Bad war nicht wirklich geputzt. (An den Chromteilen sieht man es ganz gut). Das alles ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau aber dennoch zu diesem Preis für 4 Nächte miserabel.

Der Balkon ist sehr groß, leider sind die Balkonmöbel teilweise defekt, sehr verwittert und ohne Sitzauflagen. Bei großer Hitze wären zumindest Ventilatoren schön. Die Matratzen sind eher hart. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gerade auch für Familien mit großen Kindern gut geeignet. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist eher eng.

Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, auch ein schöner Spielplatz ist in der Nähe.Man kann sogar das Meer sehen.Da die Wohnung zur Hauptstraße liegt und über Geschäften,ist es leider nicht besonders ruhig. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist absolut von Vorteil, max Durchfahrtshöhe ist aber nur 2,05m. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine oder Wäscheständer in der Wohnung. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Wohnung in guter Lage.

Eine recht schöne Ferienwohnung, die schon etwas "abgewohnt" ist. Die Spülmaschine spült sehr schlecht. Die Wohnung war bei Einzug nicht gereinigt, Gerade mal die Betten überzogen. Die alte Bettwäsche fand man zusammengerollt im Kleiderschrank. Zigarettenkippen wohl vom Vormieter lagen auf dem Balkonboden. Das Lüftungsgitter an der Fensterfront recht lässt sich nicht schliessen, bei Sturm sehr ungünstig, da laut und sandig und die Wohnung wird kalt. Ziemlich schmutziges Sofa. Schade.

Laut,1 Rolle Klopapier für 3 Personen und eine Woche, keine Geschirrtücher, Balkonmöbel moosig,Anfragen wurden nur nac h erneuter Anfrage beantwortet. VW Zimmer mit Etagenbett stickig mangels Lüftungsmöglichkeit,Fliesenfugen Bad teilweise schimmelig,Schließmechanismus Tiefgarage defekt.

Onafgewerkte woning

In de woning zou volgens de site een wasmachine zitten helaas was deze niet aanwezig. De afzuigkap werkte niet ( ook gemeld) de woning was niet goed afgewerkt zat veel los en op veel plaatsen veel beschadigd. Het balkon zonden we niet opzitten omdat alles behoorlijk verouderd was en de stoelen waren kapot( ook gemeld) Een zeer duur betaalde woning.
