We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and centrally located on Main Street. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Grocery stores too. Staff if very prompt to answer calls. Highly recommend!

Coach bed was pretty unusable and should not advertise it as a bed. Showers were backing up a bit. Other than those items, this property was really great with so many positives. Location, food, shopping, skiing, and other items well maintained.

As you will read in many reviews of this property, the location of this property was excellent. Downtown is easily accessible by foot and the area is incredible. Also, hiking was right out the door. One negative, no matter how small, was the upkeep of the unit . The transition from carpet to tile was separated and if you hit that spot just right you felt the carpet tacks. A simple threshold piece would correct this. Otherwise the unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and again.

We enjoyed the location and the room was spacious and well-appointed. Very comfortable. The housekeeping could have been better. The remote control was sticky and there was hair left on the shower wall. We also found random socks in various locations. Another issue was that there was A LOT of noise early Sunday morning. I think maybe it was related to trash pickup - but it just went on and on. Very disruptive to sleep - prior to 8 am on a Sunday. Annoying. Finally - there needs to be better explanation that the room is in the WEST side. And there needs to be signage of the WEST side. There is NOTHING marking that in the garage or on the outside. There are several markings for the East Water House elevator - which makes it seem like it's the only one. So we went up the wrong elevator with all of our stuff - and had no idea where the room was. The next day, we helped someone else who had made the same error. They need to explain that better at the front desk. And there should be signage.

This was a very nice property. Our room was spacious and clean. Easy walking distances to the downtown areas and a few nearby trailheads. The only problem we had was finding the correct building to check in. Google Maps was totally wrong as us and several other families learned the hard way. Quick tip…check in entrance is from Main Street. We’ll be back again!

Summer in Breck

The condo was very comfortable and clean. All of the furnishings were in good condition. If you are a light sleeper, there is a garage door to the parking garage beneath the master bedroom. It rattles the walls every time the door opens - which is frequently. The listing said parking was included; however, when we arrived the property manager said it was only included for one night. Overall, it was a very nice condo, conveniently located, and well appointed.

The condo was nice, but the communication around check in and parking was not good at all. I was charged over $100 for parking despite choosing a Hotels.com Listing that offered FREE PARKING. And the person who checked me in gave me terrible directions about how to get to the parking area.

The property had not been appropriately cleaned before our arrival. Trash, cleaning rags and dirty towels were in the bathroom. The blow dryer was on the floor. I called the front desk and no one would respond until I sent pictures. A bit later an attendant arrived who could not speak English and had no idea what he was supposed to do. No one called to follow up or apologize. I will not stay at a Vacasa managed property again. Plenty of other options out there.

Extremely noisy unit, right on the Main Street going through Breckinridge (heavily trafficked) Property had very few renters (off season)but not willing to move me to a quieter location on that property Did not return my call till three days later Unit very dim lighting Mold master shower Shower handle very loose broken coffee pot Tight underground parking a hassle Felt unsafe blind entrance to slow elevator that also had stairwell entrance Someone vomited in elevator and it was cleaned up but the smell was awful for two day when rug was finally removed and a spray was used to help w odor Hot tubs had debris in them Use to be a nice property but going down Definitely not paying attention to detail but charging as if they do I would not recommend this property
