1000 sqft - 1 Bedroom, 1 bath guesthouse on Hubbard Creek Lake in Breckenridge, TX. This guesthouse is equipped with a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full/twin bunk as well as a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Ample parking for all your toys with a large circle drive. Small boat launch on site that is usable when the lake is at normal capacity. 4 Kayaks included during your stay (2 kid, 1 adult, 1 double) Less than 3 miles to public boat ramp, Walmart, baitshop, etc. Lake level fluctuates. Please check current level if that is important to you.

Just what I needed for business stay

Traveling for work and needed a simple convenient place to stay with more amenities than a hotel. Easy check in and check out. Host was great with communication.

Perfect, Cozy Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed for a weekend stay in Breckenridge! We played ALL the games, loved the movie selection & the house itself was the perfect coziness. Communication with owner was excellent - very prompt if we needed anything! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Breckenridge!

Very nice, clean cottage. My son and i spent a weekend there while fishing a bass tournament. Our choice of where to stay was the only positive about the tournament weekend! A little more pricey than a motel but worth the added cost in my opinion.

Peaceful place

Stay was great! Just out of town, quiet and peaceful. Living room had lots of space! It was so hot out that the AC units didn’t cool the place off much. We did have to go buy fans for nighttime. Other than that it was spacious and comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

Fishing Trip

Great little getaway from the city. Absolutely love this lake. The property was perfect for the trip and host was very helpful. We try and fish this lake 2-3 times per year. Was anle to witness my best friend catch his 2nd 10+ lb bass this past Thursday (8/22/24) It was hot but was also amazing. If you come out to Breckenridge, you need to stay here at this house. We will be back

5 star bass fishing house.

This house was perfect for us. We had a bass fishing weekend tournament. Very short access to boat ramps and town. Extremely clean and neat little house. Highly recommend to everyone especially fisherman! 5starstay !

Lily Pad Lane

We enjoyed our stay here at this cute 1 bedroom/bath house. It worked perfectly for what we needed. My son wanted to take pictures of the night sky. It was nice and quiet and close to the water. It was also close to town, which had a Wal mart. We would stay here again

The perfect Girlfriend get away

My friend and I met here for a weekend of respite. There is not a lot “to do,“ in Breckenridge except to watch the sunrise on shore or from a kayak, watch the sunset, do a little shopping in town or go out for a casual meal. It is the perfect place to “be,“ and regenerate. It was comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. If there’s something you need and don’t have, there is a Walmart and United very close by. Dakota is a friendly and very responsive host. She seems to genuinely want her guests to have a great time. It was perfect and we will be back!

I have been taking my father dove hunting off and on for about 10 years now. Love coming to hunt around Breckinridge area. Nice little house.

Nice clean place

This place was a Great value on a budget. Cute clean and cool! It was not exactly on the lake but a bit of a walk.. and the a/c units were very loud. Other than that it was great. I would describe it a step up from camping!
