  • This spacious, gold-rated condominium boasts 1,200 square feet of genuine mountain comfort and warm wood tones throughout. The large living room is open to both the kitchen and the dining room keeping everyone right in the middle of the conversation and all the fun! The gas fireplace is a treat after a long day on the slopes or to warm up on a cool spring or fall evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for any stay from an overnight getaway to a multi-week vacation. It's easy to dine in with a large dining with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This ski-in/out condo is a good option for two couples with a comfy bed in the main suite and a second bed in the guest bedroom.

    When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Stay in Breckenridge

Great location- easy ski in and bus stop to the Snowflake lift is right outside the complex. Also, a close walk to the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. Could use some more kitchen supplies, but overall would recommend.

This condo is really perfectly located - you can ski down to the back door. You can walk to the town and walk one block up to the bus to get on the slopes! Comfy Beds and great hot showers! All necessary kitchen appliances and a view of the mountain. If you are there to ski it’s perfect! It’s not “luxurious” but it has everything you need to ski, sleep, eat and shower! Which is exactly what we needed! Will definitely rent this place again!

The lowest 4 o’clock ski run runs right past the parking lot of our building so we were able to ski back to our car and unit. Overall extremely comfortable and Vacasa was very responsive via text.

Clean condo in a great location

Spacious, clean, and updated condo that served our family well! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked except for some potholders. The only (very minor) suggestion is to put the Christmas decorations away since it is April. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Guest bathroom has significant shower mold and mold on the shower curtain. Also, unable to get anything more than barely warm water from the shower. Utility lights were out in oven and fridge. We replaced them for you. Refrigerator motor makes a lot of noise which makes pull out couch room a noisy place to sleep. Excellent location and excellent beds. Great host. Would stay again if those things are monitored and repaired for next visit.
