Perfect Spot and I will be back...
Took my two girls skiing for the first time. This location was perfect for a single dad. There was a lot to do with arcade, pool, etc. Was able to make breakfast every day and the little dishwasher was awesome! I will be back.... Thank you!

Confused with hidden info…overpriced
Well after booking a room we liked on Vrbo and seeing pictures provided once we arrived at the place it’s totally different from the beds to the bathroom to the fridge and the window and view. I didn’t complain but I should have. The beds were not enjoyable needs to be replaced asap specially for the price you pay and again you don’t know which room your getting until you see it. Also parking is something you have to pay $36 a day. This place is overpriced with hidden info.

Good place to stay!
It was a great property. A little smaller then expected but that was ok. It was clean and everyone there was super nice. Easy access to the lockers from the slopes. We will be back! Needs a bigger TV we are sports fanatics and love watching games. The TV should be placed in a better spot or allow it to be maneuvered around to show the entire living space.

Breck at its best location
We spent 6 days and enjoyed a mix of blue bird skies and snow falling every night. It could not have been better. Well, if someone up there could have turned down the wind, I would rate my week 100 ! Our apartment was very well located and we loved it. Three things could be better: shuttle service (long wait), the living room carpet (needs cleaning) and a review of the property (jot the owner). They charger USD 20/package delivered to the hotel. This is absurd, specially from international visitors and out of state skiers !

Beaver run stay
It was our first time through VRBO. It did not disappoint. Our stay was great. We stayed in building 4 and it was ski in and out. We are planning for our next winter vacation.

Deceptive listing - not the unit pictured - we wanted to LeaveTown immediately
When my daughter and I arrived the front desk told us "your room is not ready so we are going to upgrade you" and get you checked in. I thought "we booked a specific unit on VRBO, how can they even be able to move us to a different unit?", and I started second guessing what we had paid for on VRBO. When we got to the room it only took a couple steps in the unit before disappointment set in. It indeed was NOT the unit pictured in the VRBO listing with the clean and freshly updated details, and not the same room layout either. The unit was NOT "re-designed and re-modeled" as the VRBO listing stated. In fact, every piece of that unit was likely original construction. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained and likely molded on the top side. The shower turned into a bath anytime it was in use because it would not drain fast enough on its own. The appliances were ancient and the coffee maker that was originally white had turned into a dingy yellow because it was so ancient. Lastly, the heat was not controlled by the in-unit thermostat but by the overall building, and it ran hot every night, so much so that we had to leave the window in the living room area cracked to keep it cool enough to sleep. Now, the saving graces for this place are the location, arcade, pool, restaurants and the store. Each of those were fantastic and my 6 y/o had an absolute blast at the arcade every day. Ultimately, the unit made me want to leave town immediately, which is ironic given that the listing company is named LeaveTown. I would not recommend booking this property, and can honestly state that I've never said that about a VRBO listing before.

Excellent location-would stay again!
Property is in an excellent location, just as described. Very comfortable studio that was perfect for 2. Bed was comfortable, furnishings great and fresh towels daily. Bathroom cabinets could stand refinishing but that would be the only negative. Would absolutely stay in the property again or a 2 bedroom if traveling with friends.

Great unit and perfect location
The unit was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for our family of four with children aged 7 and 10. The resort has every convenience and the pools/hot tubs are definitely nice after a day on the slopes. Looking forward to returning.

Beaver Run is an excellent location with great access to the chairlift. Ski lockers are convenient, especially in building 4 where this unit is located. Downside, the mattress was less comfortable for the queen sized bed than the pullout couch mattress the kids slept on. Didn’t know that was possible.

Amazing Ski Vacation
This was a phenomenal ski-in, ski-out property with beautiful amenities and ski lockers literally 5 steps from the slope. We loved our stay at this beautiful condo which was clean, comfortable, and wonderful to come home to after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location comfortable stay
The location is in Building 4 only 10 yards from the lift to the ski locker. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complain was some smallish Samsung TV without its own remote. It was too “smart” TV that was very dark because of the settings in dark lit room in the evening. Missing Samsung remote did not allow us to adjust the brightness and maintenance guy was no help. Managed to fool the TV sensor by casting the light from my phone to the sensor under TV. :) Otherwise very pleasant stay. The quiet room on the top floor, warm and cozy. Would recommend any time

Can’t beat the location!!!
This is a true ski in ski out property with quick access to the Beaver Run lift and Quicksilver. We also got epic passes and our rentals right there. So convenient. Both of these lifts go to family friendly greens and blues. My teens were able to come and go as they pleased. They would come back to the room to rest and snack and then head back out. We used the hot tubs every night and had no problem getting a private one for our family. Loved the shuttle to take to main. Made the mistake night one to try to drive there and parking was a nightmare. USE THE SHUTTLE:) My only concern is now that my kids are bigger we really need more than a pull out so I will be looking for a 2 bedroom next time. The pull out would be fine with younger kids or 1 kid.

Great Weekend Away From It All
We had a great time. Being new to the area, we are at some amazing restaurants and cooked in twice. The amenities were clean and well maintained. Rode the Gondola from town to Peak 8. It was awesome. You can’t just do that anywhere.

Perfect location, great amenities!
Beaver Run is in the best location for ski in/out with a child. My husband and son were able to wake up and hit the slopes every day, return for lunch and head out again. Resort amenities for a family were spot on - small arcade, indoor mini golf, pool (indoor/outdoor) and multiple hot tubs. I enjoyed a morning at the Beaver Run spa which was also excellent. Our unit was clean, remodeled and even had a view! For our family of three, the size was great and our 6 year old son slept well on the pull out sofa. We could not have asked for a better ski vacation and will be back next year!

Location, Location, Location
The ultimate ski-in ski-out location. You would never have to leave the property if you didn't want to, but the shuttle into town was nice. Steve is the best shuttle driver in Breckenridge. The entire staff was polite and very friendly.

Love the location!
Great location. Kitchen needs oven or toaster oven, larger coffee mugs, scissors, larger trash can in kitchen, recycling bin. Height of bathtub is dangerous. No ability to regulate the heat, so we turned it off and opened the window.

Great property/room for anyone who just needs a crash pad after a long day on the slopes. The ski lockers in building 4 made ski in/out just above the Beaver Run lift very easy. Fun apres gatherings in the hot tub.
