Excellent location for town and skiing. Third floor unit facing mountain with three sides of glass for viewing. Two blocks to main street and shopping. Excellent condition and updated periodically. Ideal for family use, second bedroom upstairs for children. The Condo has 1 King downstairs, upstairs 1 Queen, Trundle beds. Fully equiped with Jenn Air range, dishwasher, Microwave and all cooking equipment.

Great value but communication with owner was lacking
This unit was rather dated but it has everything you need and the location was great with good walking access to the lift, Communication with the owner was lacking. He didn’t know that we were checking in that day, and the only way I could get a hold of him was calling him directly after asking for his phone number from VRBO. That being said, there wasn’t much information available for check in or check out, and the checkout times listed were unclear, the door said 10, another listing said 11 and another place said noon. It is nearest the Quicksilver lift, which is a very busy lift in the morning. Also, others said we needed a parking pass but we couldn’t find one but never really had any problems in that regard. All in all, we had a wonderful trip except for the unit not being ready upon our arrival and had to wait a few hours to check in. There is also a group hot tub complex right across from the unit which was nice, but was usually also crowded and only one of the four hot tubs was what I would call hot. All in all, we would stay there again because it had everything you needed, and was a great value for the area.

Nice property with excellent location
Excellent location and a nice property within a few minutes walk of the heart of Breckenridge. A bit retro in style, but everything you need and close to the pool/hot tub, the latter especially nice after long hikes in the mountains.

Homely and cosy
We loved our stay here, felt so at home. The condo had everything you needed plus more. The kids enjoyed the cards and board games. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cookware, there were lots of blankets and heating was great. The condo has been updated and looks better than in the photos. Would definitely go back. So close to the ski lift and town center. The host is responsive and friendly.

Great location and cozy place
This condo was in a near perfect location to get to the QuickSilver lift of Peak 9. We learned after the first day to always get to the lift about 10 minutes before it opened to avoid long lines; even better we could walk to the lift with our equipment in about 5 minutes door to lift. The unit had everything we needed for me and my two adult sons; beds for all, kitchen to make our meals and table for 4 to eat at. Cozy den with modern TV (not like in pictures). Only issue we had was many lightbulbs were burned out and did not find any spares to replace them. This did not ruin our experience at all, we would definitely stay there again.

Appreciated it was close to the lift, but not what I would call Ski In Ski Out. While the furniture in the loft was newer, main area sofas were were worn and had a piece of plywood under the pillows for support. Wasn't 2 bedroom, but a 1 bedroom with a loft.

This place was exactly as advertised and the previous reviews said. A little dated, but I knew that. Cannot beat the price. Had everything we needed. Minor pet peeve...It's listed as a 2 -bedroom when in reality it is a one bedroom with a huge loft. The walk to lifts was close, a little uphill on way home. We walked to main street each night for dinner and just a few steps to hot tubs and pool. Overall, exactly what I expected.

Nice, but fridge problem and owner has communication prob
Firstly I don't know why the owner keeps the very old photo, with a TV from the 70s pictured, when in fact the TVs are modern. The good: the location and the comfort of the condo. The not so good: It was very stressful to get no answers to texts or messages on this site from the host until the last minute. Maybe I'm just spoiled to have had hosts in the past who answer questions in minutes instead of days. But in this day and age, fast communication is IMPORTANT. The parking pass was hard to find and the condo association was nice enough to give us the pool code since the owner did not. One last thing - the fridge was very weak. Our ice cream melted in the freezer, but somehow it very gradually made ice. We found that the fridge would only keep things cool if we gradually added room temp drinks to it, instead of a 6 or 12 pack. There was a strange smell when we arrived - kind of like a dead animal near the fridge. It was not bothersome and went away gradually, but I wonder if a mouse got into the mechanics and did some damage. In any event, the fridge needs fixing or replacing. Let me end on a good note - repeating that the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay overall.

Perfect location in the heart of Breckinridge
We enjoyed three fun summer days in beautiful Breckinridge with Jim’s spacious condo as our home base. The condo is equipped with everything a family needs and plenty of space to spread out. The pool and four hot tubs are conveniently located near the building as are all the best restaurants, bars, shops, trails, etc. As other reviewers mentioned, the decor is not updated but honestly who cares!?? We didn’t mind the decor a bit and even enjoyed the kitschy homey feel of all the Knick knacks and fun family memories. Highly recommend Jim’s condo for anyone visiting Breckenridge. One thing to note, the condo is on the third floor and no elevator.
