You'll be located an easy one-block walk to the Gondola to hit the slopes and then an even easier ski-in on the Four O'Clock run at the end of the day–the ski run ends just across the street! Historic Main Street, which includes restaurants and bars, is a short walk out the back door and over the Blue River to complete your vacation fun! Make sure to visit Breck's main attraction, Breckenridge Ski Resort (less than two miles away) for endless summer and winter activities! Winter enthusiasts will have a blast skiing and snowboarding, while summer lovers will have the time of their lives rock climbing, zip-lining, hiking, and riding alpine rides and coasters.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Centrally located so easy to walk to Main Street. Would be easy as well during ski season to take the shuttle
Basic amenities and easy stay. Vacasa resolved one of the issues with a timely manner.
The unit was very clean. It was close to Main Street which made it easy to walk and not have to use our car. Loved that there was covered parking. Loved the balconies. The facility was very quiet. And check in and check out was very easy. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay again.
This property is in an ideal location for us. We like the fact that we can park our car and walk to everything. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were nice. The property had already turned on the heat for the entire complex so we had to open windows and sleep with the patio door open because it was unseasonably warm for November. It was just the 2 of us but a small family would also be comfortable in the unit. We appreciated all the hooks for jackets, hats day packs etc. We would definitely stay here again.
Very dated: Needs renovation and improved check in/parking
We booked last minute and this was one of the only properties available. The check in process was awful. You have to go to a separate building to get the keys. The address provided took us to the wrong location. When we arrived at the property, the parking was awful. Very tiny entrance to underground parking lot which was entirely full. After nearly an hour, they finally accommodated us in the employee parking area. The unit is very old and needs big renovations. Stained cushions, black stains on the curtains, old chipped beat up furniture, a broken window. Try and stay anywhere else if you can. It’s way overpriced for what you will get. Very unhappy
We absolutely loved the location of the place… everything walking distance. Kitchen well occupied. The room was perfect temperature we didn’t feel the cold storms. Very cozy apartment with everything walking distance!

Besides the check in process the stay was amazing. You have to check in at a different property maybe a mile away from where we stayed. Other than that, this property was right off Main St so we could literally walk anywhere we wanted to go. One major plus was that a Tiki bar was connected to the hotel. Great bar with great bartenders. Would def consider staying here again if I made my way back to Breck

Good location
It was nice to be so close to downtown. We could walk anywhere we wanted and not have to worry about parking or long walking distances.
We have stayed in this building in the past and always enjoy how close it is to main street and the mountains. This time there was a lot of noise at night in the building. Otherwise, enjoyed the unit and our stay. Appreciate the owners sharing their place with us.
Having to get the key from another location and return it there was annoying with luggage. Lodge was nice and convenient to town, had to catch bus to lifts. Lighting was insufficient.

Summer in Breckenridge
The Condo was so nice. Our check in process was a little weird. We tried to check in at the address of our condo but had to be redirected to another property and the came back to get settled into our condo. None of that info was on our email. But the condo was easily within walking distance of the shopping and dining district. Weather was perfect even though we were here during the Colorado wild fires.
