Gorgeous condo, perfect location
The condo was immaculate, modern design, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and sparkling clean. The deep tub was much appreciated after a day on the slopes. The views from the balcony included the mountains, the gondola, the road up to the mountain, and incredible starry skies. The lodge itself was also gorgeous and we took advantage of bowling (free) one night, it was so much fun. The lockers for snow gear were very clean and convenient. The lodge staff was super friendly and helpful. There’s a free shuttle that runs into town, we used that a lot. The only thing I’d change: The card pick up and drop off would be smoother if it was on the actual property of the condo. It’s located about 15 minutes from the property itself. I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you for everything!

amazing 1st time at Breck!
short walk to the lifts at peak 8! Loved the easy access to the hot tub and pool! It made a tiring day on the slopes manageable with children. Spacious, clean and more than enough room for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Easy communication and check-in with the property manager.

Amazing location and perfect place for family
This was the perfect place for us and our 2 kids. The location was unbeatable, right at peak 8 and the kids ski school. The ski valets were so nice and took our skis at the end of the day and had them waiting for us in the morning. The bowling alley was fun for the kids on our off day from skiing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the laundry was a great perk. The room with the bunk beds gets a little warm/stuffy. We read this in a couple reviews but it was fine, we just kept the doors cracked open and used 2 of the fans provided in the closet. The only negative I’d say is when we moved the coffee table because our son dropped something that went under, there was a lot of garbage, food and a small vodka bottle. By no means did this ruin our stay, but we were a little surprised by the amount under the table. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Great location
This was a great last-minute grab for an anniversary trip when our original plans fell through. Location and ski valet were the best. Condo is cozy, feels newer and is very comfortable. King bed and pillows were high quality which helped after full days on the slopes. Convinced our college age son to come for a couple days to ski with us and he loved the second bedroom and bathroom. This would have been perfect for our family of 5 when kids were younger. Loved the property and enjoyed steam room/sauna/hot tub. Room is close to the elevator, but very quiet.

The condo was very nice But had a little trouble regulating the heat. Also the bathroom shower in the bedroom hot water was not sufficient. It didn’t get hot. Otherwise the condo was as advertised

Beautiful but not as described
While the property was Beautiful and very comfortable the amenities are definitely not as described. ALL of the amenities were closed, restaurant,bar,spa,alpine slide,gondola that would take you to town, all outdoor activities and I’m not talking about skiing since it’s obvious that ski season is over. Everything described in the property amenities / activities were closed. This is the main reason we booked this property because it was exactly what we wanted. We could eat,drink and have so many activities & amenities right there. I expressed our disappointment with the description to the management we rented from and for this 10 day trip they offered a mere $450 refund and would not budge….I would just like to caution anyone who is thinking about renting from these people to verify that everything is open and operational before you rent from them as the description they post is not accurate.you will also have to stop in Frisco on the way in and pick up a key card and when you leave you must go back by there and drop it off. Rather inconvenient when checking out at 4am to have to go drop off keys rather than just leaving them in the condo…won’t be return customers

Kelton, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. May/early June is still considered "shoulder season" here and the main tourist attractions open mid June. One Ski Hill had some unfortunate delays in their off season projects which took away the amenity use for you and we definitely understand the frustration. We definitely would have made you aware prior to your arrival had we known. We would love the chance to welcome you again during peak season knowing no off season projects are planned for those times. We have adjusted our keycard pick up and drop off policies to make it easier knowing that getting a physical keycard/parking pass which is required by the HOA is not always ideal. Love One Ski Hill
You can’t go wrong staying at One Ski Hill Place. It’s super convenient and has so many amenities. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We did have any issue with the shower, but management was quick to respond.

Book directly with the resort
Spend the extra money and book through the resort. We were disappointed with the rooms — the 2nd bedroom was very small, no window, and not a lot of space to move around and get ready, not suitable for 4 adults. The shower handle was broken when we arrived. Maintenance repaired the shower but didn’t replace the handle, so we struggled to turn the little nub. They did not replace the shower handle during our stay. There were globs of hair on the comforter in the master bedroom. Even though you’re staying at One Ski Hill place and get some amenities - ski valet and shuttle - you do not get the full guest experience compared to booking directly through the resort - towel service, turndown service, free breakfast, robes/slippers for the spa, and a responsive front desk to resolve any issues. With this unit, you have to pickup and drop off standard room keys 20 mins from the property. And they will not respond to any requests after 6pm. Even the emergency number went to voicemail. They denied us late checkout (standard is 10AM, we requested 11:30AM). I sent the request through text and got 3 standard responses saying no late checkout was available, even though I had asked about something else. We love Breckenridge and One Ski Hill place, but will not be booking this unit again or properties managed by Pinnacle.

Well appointed and comfortable ski in ski out luxury!
This condo left us wanting for nothing. The modern lodging with ski valet service as part of One Ski Hill on Peak 8 provides comfortable beds, full kitchen, living room, and two full baths so that our adult children could join us for a couple of nights with plenty of space. Many amenities come with this lodging. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Spot!
The One Ski Hill location never fails to disappoint! This condo was well appointed with clean, cozy furniture and bedding. The gas fireplace was the perfect way to end each ski day. Would book again and can’t recommend highly enough.

Not what we expected....
The location is about all that is great with this unit. Unfortunately, the unit is outdated. The furniture is lacking in comfort and there is only 1 dresser in the entire unit. The unit does not sleep 6 comfortably. Our family of 5 could not spend an evening sitting in the family room together . The kitchen has no storage. As this rents through a third party, the front desk would not help us with any requests. We were turned away when we requested an extra blanket, needed to know where to dispose of our trash, and when we needed an extra key. We had to reach out to the property manager for any of our requests. Due to COVID, the resort did not serve lunch or dinner . Breakfast was take out only and was the same food everyday. There are other resorts we walked to for our lunch and dinner and breakfast. Downtown Breckenridge was also a good option as there were numerous restaurants open for business. As this is listed as a 4 star property, we were very disappointed. If you are a family of 4 with (2) small kids it may work for you but for 5 it was not a good fit. On a positive note, the ski in and ski out was perfect as was the ski valet.

We do have accurate photos, square footage, and room dimensions posted to prevent miscommunication on the unit. We are sorry that the on-site amenities were closed due to the current pandemic. That is a decision by Vail and Rock Resorts and subject to change based on current Health Orders.

Beautiful property and great location
We stayed during high COVID restrictions throughout Breckinridge. The convenience of the location of this property still made our trip enjoyable and relaxing. Perfect location on Peak 8 and only 1 1/2 miles from Main Street. When skiing, we were able to run up to the room for lunch and right back to the slopes not losing travel time. The unit was very well equipped with everything you need. The plan was great for our family of 4. The 2nd bedroom is a bit small, but it worked fine for us. Although much of the resort was closed and couldn’t sit in the lobby bar with slope views, we were still able to enjoy a beautiful view from our individual unit. We have 2 young adult children in college and this trip allowed us to spend time together and enjoy. We hope to visit this resort and this unit again.

Great location
The property is in a great location close to hiking trails. We visited Breckenridge in summer but the resort would be ideal during Ski season. Great views of the Rocky Mountains from the balcony. It is a little small for a family of four. Wish the second bedroom and kitchen are a little bit more spacious. Renting through Pinnacle turned out to be a hassle as we have to pick up keys and drop off ( yes dropoff :I )keys at their Frisco location which is about 30 minutes away and would add an hour round trip for those driving from Texas.

Beautiful view, wonderful balcony!
We've been to Breck several times, and this was probably our favorite condo so far. The Frisco check-in location is the only reason I would not stay here again. Wouldn't be a big deal if driving in via I-70, but it added about an hour to our trip from Texas driving up from the South. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Many of the amenities were closed due to COVID, but we expected that. We usually pick our vacation condos for the balcony, and this one did not disappoint. The balcony is on the front of the property, with views of mountains and Breckenridge below. Sunrises were spectacular! Also, there are only a few balconies at One Ski Hill that you could sit out in the rain, and this was one! There is a roof awning just below the balcony, but it basically just covers up the parking lot/entrance below and does not obstruct the beautiful view. The second bedroom has a murphy bed only, but was perfectly fine for our teenagers. Adults may not appreciate how little room there is to get around in the second bedroom. The summer fun park is right outside the back door. It was open and they are really doing it right and we felt safe there. Very clean property, very clean room.

Lovell condo, no advertised amenities available during our stay.
The condo was impeccably clean. The Peak 8 location is great. The unit is well stocked. The only negative was the lack of ALL advertised amenities. 4 days prior to our arrival, I confirmed amenity availability with the booking agent. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed every Monday and Tuesday for weekly maintenance. Pool hours are Wednesday-Sunday 12 pm-7 pm. However, I was told you must call at 7:00 am sharp and wait on hold to possibly get a pool reservation for the following day (you cannot reserve more than 1 day in advance). Not quite the luxury amenity experience we expected. Even though we called several times, we were never able to reserve pool time during our stay. Very disappointing when traveling with young children. We were told they allow 1 family/group per 1 hour time slot. The pools at neighboring resorts seemed to be functioning at a much higher capacity. The spa, bowling alley, restaurants and lounges were all closed throughout our stay. The booking agency responded well throughout our stay but was not able to resolve any issues we encountered.

The condo info states that it is two bedrooms. I understand one is a Murphy bed but the room had no window, little light and no drawer. We paid an insane amount of money for five nights. No where in the listing did it say that there is only one housekeeping day. We found out at checkin. To have more we would have to pay. When the housekeepers came the one time they were there 5 minutes. Beds weren’t made properly and nothing was clean except a wipe of the toilets and the fastest sweep of the floor. The description also did not say the view was the street. We will not stay here again or recommend.

Place was great although it was one of the smallest units in the complex. Significantly smaller than the unit our friends rented. Also had to drive several miles out of the way to get the key. But a lovely place.

We are glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay! With our office centrally located in Frisco, the majority of guests pass through our office on the way in from Denver to Breckenridge. We do have a lockbox in Breckenridge should guests enter through the southside of town. The units at One Ski Hill Place vary between studio units, up to a 4 bedroom so there are options for groups every size. We hope to see you again soon!

Perfect location!
If you are going to Breckenridge in the winter or summer, this is the best location! Everything was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. There are even movies and little games like chess and Chinese checkers that entertained my 3 and 5 year old on a rainy day in the room in addition to the bowling alley downstairs. Additionally, the property management went above and beyond to make everything seamless...we were running late to check in and one of the guys stayed just for us when he could have easily just left the key in the lockbox.

Good location!
The condo was nice. Well equipped and convenient. The second bedroom has no windows but that was appreciated by our travel companion. The dining amenities at the property were a challenge. Staff was super nice but they were out of a lot of things and short staffed. The location was excellent and we lucked into 33 inches of snow so the skiing was exceptional.

Great place for our family.
We really enjoined our stay in this ski in/out location. It made it easy for my husband and I to tag team our 6 yr old daughter and both still be able to ski with our older boys. The unit was fantastic and had many amenities. I would highly recommend.
