We loved staying in the little town of Breckenridge. The location of this unit was perfect. We enjoyed eating at many different local restaurants. Didn’t use the hot tub, but we should have. It looked amazing. There was a bit of noise, but that’s to be expected living in a condo complex near bars. We enjoyed our stay 100%.
Everything was good. It's not fancy but it was clean and the management was attentive. Nice warm garage. Good ski locker location and the shuttle stop was very close, next to the adjacent building.
This place was wonderful. It was a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the gondola and a less than 5 minute walk to many places in town. Our only complaint was the comfortability of the beds. All of us ended up sleeping on the pull out couch since it was more comfortable than the bedroom mattress. The condo itself also seemed to be a bit more outdated than we expected but all around it was a great stay and you can’t beat the convenience.
Great location & fantastic hosts- but outdated and adjacent to ingress/egress from complex, so fairly noisy as people walked by. Wi-Fi went out every time it rained. Instead of an electronic door lock with a code to get in and out, there is a key you have to keep track of. Parking garage is excellent. Great location!!
Spacious One bedroom with fireplace, close to downtown, and free shuttles. Condo was in nice neighborhood, hot tub and pool open. Perfect for a short stay. Our one problem was sharing the one TV in living room with our teen boys. TV in bedroom not connected, or hooked up and old. Could not do Bluetooth, Airplay or mirroring from phone. After the two feet of snow we were stuck inside watching School Spirits in living room.
Great visit! Condo is clean & comfortable. It’s also right in the middle of the action and a very short walk. Not having to fight with local parking was much appreciated.

Great location; would stay again!
We stayed for 5 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic - we were able to walk to the gondola. The unit itself was spacious, included everything you would want in a kitchen, and had lots of hot water. Some of the furnishings are dated, but it was comfortable, and I think it was a great value.
The condo was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay. It was just two blocks to main street so very accessible to all touristy availabilities. The bus system in Breckenridge was fabulous so no need for a vehicle. Also, the condo is within walking distance of several hiking trails. Lovely condo, great location.
My wife and I were going on a trip to commemorate our first wedding anniversary. I wanted to show her my favorite mountain town. I found this condo and it was perfect. It's only three blocks walking from main street and a few minutes drive to the grocery store. For two people it's perfect!
I really enjoyed my stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had great communication with the property owner - the instructions were excellent. I would definitely consider coming back and renting the place again. Thank you!

Highly recommend
We were very pleased with the location and comforts of the condo. We were grateful for the early check in as we had been travelling since the early hours of the day.
The condo was lovely and warm when we entered - super nice. The unit was very clean, well prepared for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom
We will recomend to family and friends.
We were hoping for a updated place . The fees were very high , old mattress. I would consider staying somewhere else.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Great location; comfortable bed; clean bathroom
When we arrived we found some serious issues with cleanliness (bedroom carpet and deck) and fixtures (broken garburator and kitchen tap). Contact with booking agent was disappointing when we complained. Most issues were dealt with the next day though the deck was never cleaned. We enjoyed the location and would stay in the unit again.
This condo is in a great location, but its dated. It's been halfway updated, but it's still not there. Old fridge, dishwasher, stove top etc, but the mattress is old and sagging, and maybe the weirdest thing, is not enough outlets in the bedroom. In order to charge our devices we had to plug them in the kitchen (not good for an alarm) or move the credenza that the TV was on, try to get a hold of the power strip to plug in our phones.
The property was a perfect location in Breckenridge. I have stayed many times in other locations (ski in and out, out of town, etc...) but never this close to downtown. The location was off of main street by about a block and was quick walk to just about any of the restaurants or bars. It is also only about a 5 minute walk to the Gondola. The place was nice and well furnished. The only problem we had was the bed. It was lumpy and probably needs a new mattress. Out of the property management's control were two things. The hot tub was broken and so was the garage entrance door. Although for the latter, we were still able to get into the garage after we figured out we could go through the exit door.
The owner/manager was very good with communication on both of those items!
