You'll be ideally positioned within a short stroll of dining and shopping on Main Street and the base of Peak 9, allowing you to easily return home between excursions to warm up, prepare homemade meals in the light-filled kitchen, or relax outside on the balcony with views that span from Peak 1 to Peak 10. Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

Things to Know There is no air conditioning. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a California king bed upon request. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved this property. We had two families of four staying and the layout was great. The location was the main reason we picked this property. We had small kids with us, and we were able to walk to a lot of activites.

Phenomenal location, beautiful condo, close to shopping, trails out the door, pool and hot tubs were great.
We loved the condo and the easy access to Main Street and pool and hot tubs! We have a big family and everyone was comfortable in the space!

Location A in Breck with amazing views!
Easy walking distance to all the restaurants, pubs and shops on Main Street. An amazing kitchen with four really good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a large balcony with incredible views. Great for families in any season, highly recommend!

Plenty of space and great location
Perfect setup for group of 4, each had our own room and bathroom. Unit overall is spacious, great location, close to town and lifts and has a beautiful view of the mountain. I'd book it again next time in Breck.
A gorgeous condo centrally located and well appointed with all of the necessities and more! We have stayed at the Waterhouse several times and this unit is by far the best!! Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to another trip soon!

Great location.
Condo was well appointed and clean. Great views from balcony to busy Breck.
Easy walk to Main Street (highly recommend Breckenridge Tap House!).
Overall opinion of condo - Wow just Wow!
We had 7 adults in our family and having 4 beds and 4 baths was Perfect for us. My husband is a neat freak and he couldn't find a speck of dust or dirt in this apartment. The views were great - the appliances in the kitchen were absolutely AMAZING! We cooked all of our meals and had every utensil we could have needed. This will be the ONLY place we go from now on.
Enjoyed the amenities and convenience of this property. Kids loved separate rooms and kitchen is well equipped except no Keurig coffee (just standard) so buy accordingly. Finding check in location for Vacasa on Google/Apple Maps or Was tricky. They should update their profile on both.
We enjoyed our stay. We were 7 adults and felt we had plenty of space. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything- perfect location.
The only con is regarding the bar stool at the counter. They definitely need to be replaced, they are worn out and not comfortable at all.

Great spring break stay
Our group of 3 adults and 3 kids loved our stay here. The location can't be beat--close enough to the slopes to take a break for lunch and head back out. There's free ski valet in the building next door. The condo had everything we needed and provided plenty of space. We loved the pool and hot tub in the snow.
Our only complaint is that even with the thermostats set lower, it was difficult to lower the temperature. We had to open windows.
Excellent stay overall, would recommend!
We had a fantastic time at the home. Very clean and comfortable overall and a fantastic location. The parking situation is terrible. We had a spot for one car and was told the other one could find public parking overnight which was past the ice rink at $30 a night. Needless to say this was very inconvenient for getting around during the winter storm. A place that accommodates 12 visitors should be gvien a second parking spot.
We were able to walk with our strollers everywhere we needed to go! It was fully stocked and exceptionally clean. Only issue was the heat was constantly running despite turning off the thermostat so we found the condo very warm. That was remedied by opening windows to let some cool air in. But the place was spectacular otherwise!
The condo is really great. The location is perfect, you can see the slopes, pool, hot tubs, lake, and the village from your balcony and windows! The place was clean, something I hope Vacasa (property management company) continues to take serious. The place had nice finishes and everything is up to date, it felt clean, looked clean, and most everything was perfect. Only cons: no tissues only TP, the back door handle was broken (they know to fix it,) there is a lamp on the front entry table that is about 4x too big for the table, it is in the way! One major issue is the one parking spot, most 4 bedroom renters aren't arriving in one car. Closest and cheapest (for now, I am sure they increase for winter) is the Ice Rink parking (and while you are there take the very short/easy walk to go see Isak Heartstone!) You can easily walk from the ice rink parking to the condo. I know parking is at a premium but this needs to be addressed. Great stay, Breck is absolutely stunning in the summer with their flower baskets, blue skies, and great temps! Hope to stay at this condo during the winter as well, that would be equally beautiful.
We happened upon this wonderful corner unit by accident(our hotel canceled on us with 5 days' notice), and we are so happy they did. Our stay was perfect. We are a family of 4, and my daughters brought their boyfriends(total 6 adults). Pros: Comfort & warmth of beds & linens, an abundance of pillows, Fully stocked kitchen with everything we could need & high-end appliances, immaculately clean, perfect location & close walk to lifts & Main St shops, great view of lake/mountain/heated pool, 2 robes/room(enough for 8 guests), Aveda shampoo/conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels & tissues, gas fireplace, value for the money was amazing. Negs: The fireplace was intermittent(sometimes it worked & sometimes it didn't, toilet paper was cheap(1-ply), and although there were several hot tubs to choose from, one on the balcony would have been much preferred, the couch is nice but the pillows aren't overly comfortable,1 car space for a 4BR/4 BA is difficult, as our 2nd car had to park pretty far away. That being said, even though we paid 20/day, the home was so much more affordable than the competition, it was well worth it. Vacasa management was responsive, although we had to figure out the fireplace independently. But it was a lot of bang for the buck & we were delighted with our stay.
We loved being so close to the Main Street! We were able to walk anywhere and everywhere!! Property was clean and inviting, loved sitting on the balcony that over looks Maggie’s pond and the pool area! Would definitely stay again!
