No working hot tub
It was very important to me to have access to a hot tub during our stay. Every property in that area has one, and this property advertised it as being available. Not once did anyone reach out to me and let me know the hot tub has not been maintained or in use for quite some time. I would not have chosen this location had I known. That is false advertising.

This place was such a nice getaway! Quiet stay, not busy around location so it’s away from noise. Even with being close to the road it was hard to tell. Nice Mountain View’s. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 6 people. Nice & clean. Would definitely stay again.

Not very pleased
The property was not fully clean. Ceiling fans covered in dust. The tv in the downstairs room Did not work. There was a Roku remote with no Roku. The fan in that room would not work unless the light was on. There was no way to adjust the heat and the unit was extremely hot. The car parking passes had conflicting charge amounts along with the text from sky run. I was charged a cleaning fee but had to take all trash out myself. The tv upstairs had one channel only and the tv remote was downstairs and wasn’t not found until the lastnight .
