"Well lit quiet clean comfortable "

"This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job!"

"This place was a joke! The room was just filthy and just disgusting! Stuff all over the walls, refrigerator, the floors need to be cleaned, the smell in the room was aweful! I paid for 2 nights and ended up only staying 1 night and went to a holiday inn which was top notch! They wouldn’t refund the second night but it was worth it not to stay in that filth!!"

"The little home was basically brand new and the view was breathtaking. Fantastic fire pit area too."

"The tiny home was perfect for two people and had some beautiful views. We enjoyed the privacy and wish we would have more time to walk around the property and explore more. Finding the place was a challenge but the host helped get us on track to the instructions provided. Only down side was that the on demand hot water heater did not not provide adequate heat for the shower at all times. A"

"Cozy cabin provided a nice little stay for us during my son’s baseball tournament. They’ve done a great job with all the amenities. Everything you could need is there! We highly recommend! "

"Loved our stay! It was hot but still fun. Maril and Rick were so responsive. Gave us and grandkids a tour of their place, fresh eggs and zucchini. The place was so clean. Ac worked great in the heat. Did not get to see any stars, clouds moved in. We will have to try and stay another time and when it’s cooler. "
