This is a Fabulous Christmas or New Years Ski Week rental (Christmas Week Dates are 12/23-12/30) (New Years Dates are 12/30-01/06) of a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit which sleeps 8 with 1 king size bed(sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave range with oven, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit has a dining table that will seat 8 as well as 3 chairs that pull up to the granite kitchen counter to make it easy for talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! The kitchen has a toaster and coffeemaker as well. The master bedroom in the unit has the king size bed with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate section of the bath with another sink and a stand up shower and toilet. The second bedroom of the split plan has a full kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave, and a small stove and a small dishwasher and can be locked off for privacy if desired. The unit will have a TV with satellite TV in the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room. The living room will have a gas fireplace with a mantle which is controlled by a wall switch. Each bedroom has a DVD player. The unit has a phone and WIFI is free at the resort. WIFI is also free in the lobby of the resort. The resort has a rec room, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna and steam room, on site restaurant and bar, newly remodeled SPA, concierge and activities desk at the resort, storage lockers for ski and snowboard equipment in each building and underground heated enclosed parking with elevator access to all floors. The resort has free shuttle to and from the town and local ski areas in town from the resort, ski in and ski out facility, ski rental and equipment rental available on site at the Christy Sports facility on site.

Great New Years week stay

My wife, daughters age 9 and 12. and I had a great time. The property is roomy and warm. Its easy to get to Peak 9. The pools were well maintained. The shuttle is very convenient. We would book this place again.

Good Location & Centrally Located

The property owner was very accessible and provided lots of helpful advice. The property location had all the amenities if you like to ski or do other things. The pool and hot tubs off of Building 5 were easily accessible. Ski on and Ski off was also pretty straightforward. We were in building 5, so it was easier for us to ski out to the Snowflake lift and ski back to the building off of Lower Sawmill. We recommend taking advantage of the movie theater availability (no charge) at the facility. It was a nice break in the activities for our family. Lastly, I recommend you find a ski locker quickly as there are not a lot available with each building. The shuttle was also a great convenience to get into town and coming back to the place. We highly recommend renting at Grand Timber from Rich. It is great for families.
