  • You can't ask for a better location as this cozy second-floor and family-friendly condo is nestled in Breckenridge's Downtown Arts District. While being in the center of town, you'll appreciate staying in a private and quiet building. Featuring large, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony with some views of the Breckenridge ski resort, return from a day on the slopes to enjoy the peaceful scenery whether being inside or out. This balcony also features a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals with a view. The condo has undergone some recent updates including new hallway and kitchen flooring as well as a brand-new bathroom. There is a private stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your use.

    Located only one block off Main Street, it's steps from the free bus route, a short walk to the Market grocery store (half a block away), restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, and within walking distance to the ski slopes, you won't find a better location than this!
