WINTER SKI ACCESS
River Mountain Lodge is one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short walk from the BreckConnect Gondola. From the gondola you can be on Peak 8's Colorado SuperChair in minutes; Peak 7 is a chair away. Breckenridge Ski Resort covers 2,908 skiable acres across Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10 — from beginner rollers to the Imperial Express SuperChair at 12,840 feet, the highest lift in North America. Breckenridge is part of the Epic Pass. Ski home to the Four O'Clock and walk back to the lodge.

THE LOCATION
100 South Park Avenue puts you one block from Main Street — restaurants, breweries, ski shops, and the Riverwalk Center in a two-minute walk. The free BreckFree town shuttle stops nearby. The Stephen C. West Ice Arena is on the north end of town for public skating; Country Boy Mine offers winter lantern tours; the Breckenridge Nordic Center is a short drive. Ullr Fest hits in January and the International Snow Sculpture Championships transform Main Street into an outdoor gallery from late January into early February.

GILSON CONCIERGE
Professionally managed by Gilson Property Group. Add-ons available through the Gilson guest portal before you arrive: pre-arrival grocery stocking, ski and snowboard rental delivered to the lodge, private chef, in-home massage, and airport shuttle from DEN or Eagle. Winter concierge menu is live from opening day through late spring.

GUEST ACCESS
Entry is via keypad — your personal access code arrives through the Gilson guest portal before you arrive. No lobby line after a long travel day. One free garage parking space at River Mountain Lodge is included, along with full access to the lodge's four hot tubs, heated indoor pool, fitness center, gear storage, and the on-site restaurant and bar.

MANAGEMENT
This studio is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — a professional hospitality team, not an individual host. We give guests their space; if you need us, we are reachable through the listing messenger and respond fast.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. $250 refundable security deposit collected prior to arrival — or non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification. No pets. One free garage parking space included. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — hydrate on day one. Studio is 137 sq ft, best suited for two adults or two adults plus a child.
