This welcoming home away from home has recently been re-furnished with comfortable leather seating, new carpeting, and a huge TV with a DVD player. The top-floor location ensures peace and quiet and blackout curtains keep out both light and noise. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or spend the evening playing one of the many board games provided. The updated kitchen is made for cooking with a breakfast bar and dining area. At the end of the day, choose the primary bedroom or guest bedroom for a good night's sleep. Additional perks include an in-unit boot dryer.

Things to Know This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Location
This was a great location for us you can ski right back to the condo and walk easily to town. The condo was plenty big enough for 5 adults and three kids with the loft upstairs.

Nice house, convenient location
House was great and clean! Very accessible location, walking distance from lift and downtown. Claim 1 parking spot for 8 person house, which is inconvenient. Nobody had parking passes on their cars so parking isn’t monitored anyway.
Property was just as advertised and had plenty of space with the loft having four beds if needed! TV's in every room are great and location to Main street is a 3 minute walk. 3rd floor location was great but be prepared to climb stairs at 9200 feet! Property management team was great with fixing two of the TV's that weren't connecting. Great place with two balconies - one facing parking lot and the other the courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

amazing location and house but amenities and service fall flat
The house and location a perfect - because of that I would recommend but the service was lacking. We ran out of toilet paper and could not get ahold or anyone to restock. They did not provide enough towels for all the guests we booked for and the cleanliness was disappointing.
We stayed during spring break week and enjoyed it very much. Snowflake lift is a 5-minute walk up hill but you can take the yellow bus that passes right in front of the condo every 15 minutes. A big plus was renting our skis from Charter Sports at Blue Sky which is right by the Snowflake lift. They will store all of your equipment so no ski carrying and storing at the condo is necessary. Just walk out the condo in your normal shoes since they store ski boots as well.The location is fantastic. You can be on the mountain in minutes and walk to downtown in minutes as well. Would 100% stay here again. Only drawback was the 3 flights of stairs but if you are fit enough the ski, those stairs aren't bad and they are inside the building. We also had to crack a window at night and make sure all of the thermostats were set low because we like to sleep with room temps of about 68. The stairway was also too hot for my taste.
I stayed at this rental in June. It was a great size for my group and the location was terrific.

Breckenridge Trip
My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The property was wonderfully located, and we were able to walk to town or easily drive anywhere in Breckenridge.
The beds and other accommodations were very nice, including everything we needed in the kitchen.
