    THE SPACE:
    Super comfortable seating for 9 in the living room, yet 3 spacious floors to spread out! Tasteful, clean accommodations in the middle of it all. This end unit has extra south-facing windows, and the gorgeous river-rock gas fireplace is the focal point for your relaxing escape!
    Sleeping for 8 with 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms.
    TOP FLOOR: 2 bedrooms, one king, one queen, with a full bathroom in the hall.
    MAIN FLOOR: Kitchen, Half Bathroom, Dining Room, Living Room
    LOWER FLOOR: 3rd Bedroom with a Queen located behind a sliding wall divider and a full bath. There is an open area outside the 3rd bedroom with a Queen Sofa Sleeper + 1 Bunk Bed. Perfect kiddo hangout! A full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.

    AMENITIES:
    *Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub Complex - Plenty of Parking, bring your own towels. We provide a key.
    *BBQ Propane Grill with Outdoor Dining Table.
    *Free shuttle stop is on both sides of the street, right outside the property. Go anywhere in Breck - the bus leaves 3 times an hour. Free Ride Breck.
    *Free parking for 2 Vehicles - one in the heated garage, and one in the driveway. (No Trailers/Snowmobiles)

    TO CONSIDER:
    *The pool-hot tub complex nearby is closed Mid-Sept. to Mid-Nov. Pool hours are 12 PM – 8 PM daily.
    * Free shuttle stop is on both sides of the street, right outside the property. Go anywhere in Breck - the bus leaves 3 times an hour. Free ride Breck - see the first result for details for the current season.
    *Primary Tenant must be 25 or older and present for the stay. This is a family-friendly property.
    *No parking on the street.
    *Trash pick-up is on Tuesdays, please put bins out on the street.
    *No pets/smoking of any kind indoors/parties or events.

One of the most convenient and well stocked properties we have ever rented. Easy access to the Snowflake lift via a short walk and ski home via the four o’clock run. Walked to town most evenings for a great selection of restaurants (Aurum, The Carlin, Michael’s, and Fatty’s were our favorite!). We had quick and friendly communication with the property management team with our questions about the property and we will definitely be repeat customers!! Thanks for a great 12 days!!!

Everything about this stay was everything we could have wanted! The condo was a 4 min walk from the lift and we could ski down to the front door from the 4’Clock run! Inside was spacious and the fire place was a hit with everyone! Would definitely recommend!

Snowboard trip

It was a great location we just had to walk up 3 blocks to the lift and at the end of the day snowboarded to the back door. For dinners just walked which was nice to not have to deal with parking on Main Street!! We just had 5 of us 2 couples and a single plenty of room.

This condo is in an ideal location for Breckenridge and is walking distance to everything. The unit has plenty of room and good parking as well. You won't find a much better deal in Breckenridge!

This is a great little condo on 4 O'Clock. We really enjoyed the ski in/ski out, and the full stocked kitchen. Do be aware that the hot tub is about a .4 mile walk away. It wasn't too bad, but in the snow with bathing suits it got to be pretty chilly!

Perfect location. The walk to Snowflake lift is a good warmup on the legs before skiing. Able to ski right into the back door from 4 O’Clock run. TONS of space. Easy parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a rental to ski at Breckenridge.

Amazing location in Breck

The location is incredible! Just a short walk to the stunning creek and Main Street of downtown Breckinridge. The space could use a facelift at some point to further modernize and it does get quite hot on the top level in the summer with no AC and missing screens on the windows, but on the whole we were very happy to have such an amazing spot to set up camp for our mountain weekend.

Ski in ski out

Loved this property! There were 6 of us that stayed on our annual ski trip and the location could not have been more perfect. Short walk to snowflake lift, 4 o’clock to back door, and walking into town in less than 10 minutes. Floor plan was large enough for 3 couples to have their own space without walking on top of each other. We would absolutely stay again

The condo was great. Separate bedroom for each of us, great parking, walking distance to town and the shuttle bus, and the place was clean and well stocked. Had an issue with TV internet and the key lock box and the help team got to us and fixed the issues right away. Very helpful on the phone and kept in touch with us. Overall, and great stay and I'm happy with my VRBO experience!

Convenient Location in Breck

The location can’t be beat with just a short walk to Main Street. It was quiet and the home is spacious. The only recommendation we have is to add a rail to the top bunk bed. We changed our sleeping arrangements because it was too dangerous to let one of the kids sleep up there.

Family Adventures

Our family made an extended weekend get away, and we were happy with the accommodations we found at the condo. The checkin process went smoothly and the few questions we had were answered almost immediately by staff. The condo is well stocked with things needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The close proximity to downtown was great and we didn’t have to move our vehicles except when we went to explore the area. We would recommend the unit for large family/group gatherings. Thank you.

Girls trip

This condo was great for our girls get-away. Location was great…short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. Also near hiking trails. Condo was spacious with plenty of seating. Kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were also comfortable. One suggestion would be better instructions for using the thermostats as they were older and somewhat confusing. The unit could use some updating, but overall it was a perfect choice for us and we would certainly stay here again.

Great location and access to the downtown area and ski resort! Was able to easily walk up to the Snowflake chair in the morning, and ski back on 4 O'Clock at the end of the day - couldn't have been easier. We had the grandparents and the grandkids with us, and the shuttle stop is right in front of the property which it made it very easy for them. The Heat N Glow fireplace pumps out the heat, making the main area very cozy. Parking can be a bit dicey as there are no assigned spots and no consistent permitting, so if someone is parking without a permit it becomes a game of musical chairs. We were left without a spot one night after dinner (despite the rental having permits), but the property managers worked with us to find an alternative.
