"This is a great little house. Everything was awesome! The property manager is friendly and helpful. I would stay here anytime I wanted to hangout at Possum Kingdom Lake. It was perfect for us as we were doing a bicycle rally in Graham. But if you plan to visit Possum Kingdom State Park it’s on the opposite side of the lake and a bit of a drive."

"This place was very compact, but it boasts lots of room indoors for 7 adults and 4 children. The clincher making this property so appealing is the outside. It had a wrap around deck on top and bottom, a wood fire pit, a propane fire, a bar with a big television and plenty of seating, a grill, and a hot tub, lots of yard space, a boat dock, and a slide…what a wonderful place for family to enjoy the lake. "Property location was perfect! The house faces north so the sunsets and sunrises on the lake were unobstructed and gorgeous! The outside of the house, deck and boat dock were covered in spider webs but the inside was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even though it was in the low to mid 90's, the two A/C window units kept the house cool. The majority of our time was spent enjoying fishing and floating on/by the boat dock."

"We had a great time at this property. We were staying for a baseball tournament. It has everything you need and plenty of room for 8. The property was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for the stay. Pool and outdoor space were great to hang out in. There is a grocery / restaurant / gas station right down the street shI was really convenient. Even has a bar and live country music on the weekends which was really fun. "This place really had it all…space, amenities, country, privacy, comfort and safety. Such a great find off the beaten path. We hauled a boat with oversized truck, plenty of room for parking + additional vehicles. Boat ramp not far at all, lake was beautiful as well! Close to Hell’s Gate entrance as well! We will definitely return!"

"Cabin we booked was blocked from the lake by a large RV that wasn’t in the pictures. The A/C was not working when we arrived. We were easily moved to another cabin that was a dump. Cabin was extremely primitive, there were Bugs, oven full of grease, trash around. However, our money was refunded. They tried to make it right, it’s just needs a lot of maintenance."

"This was the perfect rental for two guys who were in town for a bass tournament. Nice cabin, great amenities. The internet was a little slow, but thats to be expected with how far off the beaten path it is. I'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in town."

"First: Couldn’t get in so called the manager and was told they gave you the wrong code and they keep doing that. If she knew it was happening then fix it! Second: Upstairs Ac out not working Third: it rain along and a large puddle formed in front of the door with water and mud. Drainage was horrible. "Loved this property so much that we booked again for a few weekends after our first stay! The house has such character and is super clean! The back patio overlooking the lake was so nice to grill out on and hangout at as well. The ambiance is just so perfect! There are two additional spots to relax at and enjoy the view of the lake on the way down to the dock. The landscaping and lights were very nice as well. "We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....

"I very much enjoyed our stay at cabin #4. It was a very basic setup inside the cabin, yet comfortable. Had everything we needed. The best part was the private dock, where we enjoyed a full day of fishing. The scenery was beautiful as well. We enjoyed a few hikes, getting to know the landscape while we were there. Overall a beautiful & peaceful escape from the city life."
