The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance, was because the carpeting in the hallway needs to be replaced. Everything else was just perfection. Helmut was especially helpful and interesting to talk to. Oh, and location location location! This place is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk to shopping and so many landmarks.
