Our air conditioner broke during one of the hottest days of the summer so we stayed on and off here . It was very convenient and comfy. The beds are super comfortable!

Loved the proximity to the monorail, the convention center, and 13b Arts District. The Edge Steakhouse was also phenomenal. Disliked the walking advertisements trying to lure me into a timeshare or a $200 eye cream every time we arrived at or left the hotel. Pool was okay, but drinks were expensive. Pool and gym hours were very limited.

Proximity to other hotels and infrastructure.
My only objection is for the extra payment for requesting in getting your room clean including the very bad plumbing systems particularly, as per the toilet flushing system.
