"Great stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds and quiet room even though we were on the freeway side of the building. Adequate breakfast and dining area was very clean. The only concern was the shower. Shampoo, etc were at opposite end of shower, and created a potential slipping situation, so be careful! I would definitely stay here again"

"Front desk very unfriendly! All the vending machines completely out of product! No breakfast until 7am even for those checking out at 6am! I’m a rewards member but this place was not rewarding me! Place is going thru the motions! Room was clean and nice, housekeeping is on it! My dresser looked like a rat ate thru a couple of drawers. Yall are better than this! Come on "

"This place had roaches, when I requested a call back for early check in inquiries I did not receive one, upon showing up I was told rooms were still being cleaned, and after checking in 2 hours AFTER the REGULAR check in time, my room stank of piss and there were smudges of previously killed roaches on the wall. How do I know it was a roach smudge? Well after killing a roach of my own and seeing the stain it left…I thought “hmmm this looks like the stain by the mirror in the restroom I questioned when I was getting settled in” "

"Fridge not working, carpet in front of fridge soaked. Reported to front desk, clerk did not want to switch us to another room. Was told they would try to repair first. Nothing was corrected. They charge a $18 guest fee upon checkin, can be used in their restaurant as credit, but was not convenient to use. Not much parking available aside from valet. "

"My wife and I visited for one night . The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. When we checked out, we left my wife’s CPAP in the room. As soon as Lena went in to clean the room, she immediately took it down to Terri. Terri called me immediately and we were able to go back for it, only losing a few minutes. Thank you Terri and Lena!!"
