"The room was clean and cozy. We were only there for 1 night and sad to leave the next morning. The location is excellent! Walking distance to downtown and a few blocks from the Magnolia Silos. We will be visiting again soon and booking the EVEN hotel."

"This is a very nice new well decorated home. Plenty of space for a big group with lots of bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. There really is no downside to this home unless you are looking to be in a neighborhood where you can walk to things -this house is not that. But it’s a very short drive to just about anything you want to see in Waco."

"Home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We stayed here while attending Baylor’s orientation. Convenient location to restaurants and zoo around the corner. While we were at orientation, the boys grabbed lunch and went to the zoo. Beware, there are mosquito as can be expected so close to the river, but was a great home with a comfortable stay!"
