"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Beautiful hotel and lovely little city. Not the best service however. Slow checkin as there was a large number of people ahead at the reception. Caused us to check in too late to be able to get any food or even a sandwich"

"Wonderful hotel, warm welcome from the owner Frank and his dog on arrival. The hotel is a friendly place, the room was huge, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning's was plentiful. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommended the hotel to anyone. Should we go back to that part of Belgium again, I would 100% book in to the hotel without hesitation ☆☆☆☆☆"
